Well-located property to reach the center of Casalecchio and to get around Bologna. We stayed here to go to Villa Chiara, which is reachable on foot with a pleasant walk along the bridges over the Reno river. The host is very friendly, kind and helpful.

Per qualsiasi richiesta, abito di fianco, lo dico anche per i prossimi ospiti. Comunque noi ci siamo incontrati più volte e se mi avesse detto che aveva freddo, probabilmente a causa dell'intervento subìto, avrei acceso un po', perché il riscaldamento c'è, ma il comune non ha ancora dato il permesso di accenderlo. Così come ci sono delle coperte in più.

I had a great time, the strong point of the property is that it is 15 minutes by car from the center of Bologna and 15 minutes by car from the airport. The owner is super helpful.

Salve, intanto grazie per la recensione. Per quanto riguarda il fornetto a microonde le confesso che ha ragione. Più volte ogni anno faccio migliorie e riparazioni, ovviamente, come tutti i b&b. E nella lista c'è anche l'aquisto di un microonde per gli alloggi Olivetti e Philco (per la Singer invece c'è). Provvederò appena possibile, grazie per avermelo ricordato. Magari quando tornerà si potrà cucinare una bella zuppa nel fornetto a microonde ;-) Chissà. Intanto le auguro buone feste, Cristina

A small apartment but very well organized for one person and also for two people. In front of the bed and breakfast there is a well-stocked bar with excellent products, closed on Thursdays for the day off. I chose it because it is very close to the Villa Chiara clinic, where I had a surgery. Good cleanliness. Cristina, the owner, is very helpful and kind. Thirty meters from the bed and breakfast there is a nice free parking for the car.

Dismal. The expectations and description indicated do not correspond. The furniture components are of poor quality. Negative hospitality. For the same cost of the room in Casalecchio, there is so much, indeed much better. Due to personal commitments, I will often come to Casalecchio, but never again to this B&B.

Spesso mi chiedo se gli ospiti guardino le foto in fase di prenotazione; sono certa che se una persona guardasse le foto e leggesse non resterebbe delusa. Perché è tutto trasparente e scritto. Durante il suo soggiorno non mi ha accennato a nessuna necessità, non mi ha fatto percepire nessun disagio o delusione, non ricordo che mi abbia fatto richieste, le ricordo invece che ha scelto un b&b non un hotel. Comunque mi faccia sapere in privato cosa potrei migliorare (secondo lei) anche se l'arredamento è solo una questione di gusti, e a me piace moltissimo. Come vede è tutto relativo. Per la COLAZIONE, invece, in fase di prenotazione c'era la possibilità di richiederla, forse non lo aveva letto, altrimenti avrebbe potuto richiederla al suo arrivo. Quindi mettere 1 a una colazione inesistente perché lei non l'ha richiesta esplicitamente... Ecco sì, forse potrei migliorare proprio in questo: in fase di check in potrei chiedere, agli ospiti che non hanno selezionato la colazione, se desiderano inserirla. Grazie del feedback, lo farò.

I stayed at the B&B L'arte dell'Accoglienza in mid-July 2024, with the city of Bologna marked in red for the high temperatures. There is no refrigerator in the B&B, where you could at least keep drinking water cool, I had to drink hot water. There is no air conditioner or even a fan that I requested given the intense heat, I was given one dirty with dust from the basement. Furthermore, breakfast is not included, if you wanted you could use the biscuits, snacks, coffee machine, and milk kept there for who knows how long, maybe even expired because there was no packaging, but they were loose, for a fee. Additionally, there isn't even a small table to have breakfast or eat a meal. Dishes, plates, and glasses are kept uncovered outside the cupboard collecting dust. We want to say that this is a B&B of the Art of Hospitality... There is a long way to go to be classified as such. I also want to point out that a friend of mine, during the same period, stayed at the Hotel Calzavecchio, in the city center, where the Bologna team stays, at a much more reasonable price compared to the B&B L'arte dell'Accoglienza, with a refrigerator and air conditioning in the room and an international buffet breakfast, there is absolutely no comparison in terms of treatment.

Buongiorno. Mi dispiace moltissimo del suo disagio, ma se lei avesse letto bene la descrizione della camera allora tutto questo non sarebbe accaduto. Non c'è scritto da nessuna parte, in tutto l'annuncio, che io dispongo di aria condizionata, e se avesse voluto la cucina intera con frigorifero avrebbe potuto prenotare l'altra soluzione. Io ero in ferie e mio figlio ha fatto di tutto per procurarle un ventilatore che, tra l'altro, non è scritto sulla descrizione che io ce l'abbia. Ora sì. Per quanto riguarda il tavolino e le sedie ci sono, se lei avesse guardato meglio avrebbe notato che il tavolino in camera è apribile e diventa un tavolino per due persone; le stoviglie invece vengono messe pulite a ogni cambio quindi non stanno lì a prendere la polvere. Per quanto riguarda la colazione (che lei non ha richiesto in fase di prenotazione ed è il motivo per il quale ha trovato qualcosa a pagamento) sottolineo che per LEGGE i b&b NON possono servire prodotti che non siano confezionati in monoporzioni e il Calzavecchio che lei nomina, infatti, è un hotel. Ci sono b&b che lo fanno, ma non potrebbero. Il mio è un piccolo Room& breakfast a gestione familiare. Mi dispiace, più di così non posso dire, che lei avesse altre aspettative ma invito lei e i miei prossimi ospiti a leggere bene le descrizioni e i servizi offerti, prima di prenotare e, in caso di dubbi o necessità, invito a contattarmi prima di effettuare la prenotazione e non a check-in effettuato.

The structure is very nice, quiet, and comfortable, located inside a private courtyard. It is about a 20-minute walk from Villa Chiara, which is reached through a pedestrian path along the Reno river. The owner Cristina is a sunny and very helpful person.
