I stayed there because I wanted to see a concert at Unipol Arena. I found the accommodation very clean and impeccable. The owner was always easily reachable via WhatsApp.

The hostess is a delightful person, extremely courteous and helpful. The location guarantees peace and tranquility. You can reach the station on foot and it is well served by bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. Definitely worth noting for the next time.

Spacious apartment equipped with every comfort. Comfortable bed, well-organized kitchen with everything needed for cooking, and ample spaces suitable for a family of 4. Spacious bathroom, equipped with everything necessary including soaps. The apartment is equipped with both heating and air conditioning, therefore suitable for any time of the year. The owner, Sandra, is kind and helpful, the cleanliness of the premises is impeccable, and all provided linens smell fresh. Certainly, the strength of this property is its location, just a 5-minute walk from the train station connecting both Bologna and Modena. A few steps from the property are a large playground, Conad supermarket, pharmacy, bars, and restaurants. I definitely recommend it. I will return.

B&B really nice, comfortable and located in a quiet area a few kilometers from the center of Bologna, easy to reach by bus (bus stop at 500 meters) or by train (station about 700 meters away). Very spacious room decorated with taste. The girl who manages it is very nice and helpful. I rated 9 for the quality/price ratio because breakfast is missing but, on the other hand, the owner offers the possibility to use the kitchen if needed.
