Super nice and helpful hosts, Lara takes time to explain you the best places to go. The location is easy accessible by tram or foot, the area is quiet. I had a great stay and will definitely go there again when in Florence. Side note: As in other BnBs in Italy it's good to bring ear plugs.

Lorenzo and his wife are amazing hosts! Lorenzo went above and beyond explaining how to get around the city, where to eat, where to go for groceries, etc. Their B&B is clean, spacious and has excellent location. Two blocks from the metro station. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. Will recommend to anyone who’s planning on visiting Firenze!

Location was not far from the tram stop, making fairly easy access to the city center, though the price was a bit high to not be located in the city center. However, Lorenzo was an amazing host. He was super helpful in providing information and was very attentive. The place was cleaned daily and even though the breakfast was basic, it was sufficient to start the day and the coffee was made fresh. Overall a great stay!

This property was a wonderful place to stay. The host was extremely helpful and had wonderful recommendations. The balcony was refreshing and the rooms clean and comfortable. Being a block from the tram made it very convenient to down town Florence without having to worry about the ZTL. We loved our stay here.

Lara ist eine unglaublich freundliche und herzliche Gastgeberin. Nach der Ankunft hat sie ausführlich die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt erläutert und alle Einzelheiten zur Unterkunft erklärt. Die B&B Zimmer sind modern, funktional und sehr sauber. Die häusliche Stimmung beim Frühstück macht den Aufenthalt sehr persönlich und ist absolut einzigartig. Die Gastgeberin nimmt sich für Ihre Gäste sehr viel Zeit und freut sich sichtbar über den persönlichen Kontakt mit ihren Gästen. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Ho soggiornato solo 2 notti ma mi sento di consigliare questo alloggio per la posizione vicinissimo alla fermata del tram quindi a 15 minuti da stazione e dal centro. Stanza semplici ma spaziosa e luminosa provvista di tutto pulizia impeccabile. I padroni di casa sono gentilissimi disponibilissimi pronti a precede ogni richiesta. Lorenzo, il gestore, è sempre disponibile e gentile. Ti ringrazio! L'ubicazione è molto comoda in quanto è abbastanza vicino alla fermata del tram T2, rendendo facile l'arrivo sia dalla stazione SMN che dall'aeroporto. Se ci fossero i cornetti freschi a colazione sarebbe la ciliegina sulla torta, ma comunque va bene così.

Lara e Lorenzo ti accolgono come se tu fossi l'amico più prezioso. E ti fanno sentire subito bene. Due persone squisite. L'ubicazione è ottima per muoversi come si preferisce. La colazione ricca e gustosa. Quando tornerò a Firenze penserò sicuramente a loro.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per 2 notti e mi sono trovata veramente benissimo. Si trova al sesto piano di un palazzo residenziale dotato di ascensore (un po' datato ma funzionante), in una zona non centrale ma piena di negozi e vicina ai mezzi pubblici, con la fermata del tram a soli 5 minuti a piedi. I gestori sono gentilissimi e a disposizione per qualsiasi esigenza. La mia camera matrimoniale aveva tutti i comfort dichiarati nella descrizione, e la pulizia era ottima. Al mattino c'è una colazione veramente abbondante, dolce ma anche salata. Esperienza più che positiva, ci tornerei volentieri.

Struttura non molto nuova, ma ben tenuta e molto pulita. Gestori molto disponibili e precisi. posizione comoda sia per raggiungere il centro a piedi o con i mezzi, sia per spostarsi agevolmente fuori città con l'auto.

Ottima posizione a 5 min dalla fermata del tram da/per aeroporto e stazione. Strategica per concerti al Parco delle Cascine (10 min a piedi). Gestori accoglienti e gentilissimi, bagno piccolo ma privato. Quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso. Letto comodissimo. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Possibile colazione in terrazzo e camera 1 con balcone (ideale per fumatori).

L'unica pecca di questa struttura è solo il parcheggio, dovrebbero lasciarci un posto auto in garage che si trova dietro la struttura includendolo nel prezzo

La struttura si trova vicino alla fermata del tram, a pochi minuti dal centro. Essendo fuori dalla zona ZTL ci si arriva comodamente in auto ed è facile trovare un parcheggio. Abbiamo utilizzato il tram per gli spostamenti, ogni 5 minuti ne passa uno. Le camere sono pulite, con condizionatore e smarttv. Il proprietario gentilissimo, ci ha consigliato i posto da vedere, fornito mappe ed orari di musei. Ambiente ideale per famiglie, molto tranquillo e curato. Ci torneremo in autunno con la speranza che la bellissima Firenze riesca a rialzarsi. La crisi ha sconvolto la città.

Una bella stanza con terrazza. La titolare simpatica gentile carina e disponibile. C’era l’aria condizionata, il letto comodo bagno in stanza, colazione varia e abbondante. Non vicinissimo al centro che comunque abbiamo raggiunto a piedi, ma per un soggiorno di lavoro è perfetto.

Gestore davvero molto disponibile per ogni richiesta. Appena arrivati ci ha fornito anche molte indicazioni utili. Posizione favorevole per raggiungere in poco tempo a piedi l'Ippodromo del Visarno in occasione di concerti. Vicina anche alla stazione raggiungibile in 15-20 minuti a piedi o con i mezzi. Camera e bagno puliti, stanza climatizzata e letti comodi. Zone comuni e terrazzo attrezzate ed abbastanza ampi. La nostra camera era vicina alla zona comune della colazione ed all'ingresso. Ogni minimo rumore e persone che parlavano si sentivano. Non c'era un buon isolamento acustico. Esperienza nel complesso positiva.

La colazione è molto soggettiva. Sicuramente il cappuccino non era quello al quale sono abituata, ma ogni luogo ha proprie tradizioni e propri cappuccini. La scelta era abbastanza diversificata la quantità sicuramente è legata al numero delle presenze. La struttura viene scelta comunque in base alle proprie esigenze e quindi la posizione in genere è sempre ottimale. Mi sarebbe piaciuto avere uno specchio a figura intera, anche all'interno di un'anta dell'armadio ma capisco che è sicuramente un falso problema per la maggior parte degli uomini. Comunque la disponibilità dei gestori è stata superlativa. Mi sono venuti incontro per gli orari in maniera gentile e cordiale senza crearmi difficoltà. Alla prossima.
