It's a very nice, large apartment that can accommodate up to six people. The apartment has two floors, so you can easily spread out and not disturb each other. The views from the windows are very atmospheric, and the apartment itself has stylish furniture, books, decor, and large windows with shutters. There is everything you need for cooking, including a toaster, kettle, stove, microwave, and coffee machine. There is also an iron, an ironing board, and a washing machine with all the necessary accessories. The hostess is incredibly friendly and helpful. She will answer all your questions and provide information. The only downside is that the apartment is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator in the building. It's a five-minute walk from the train station, and the location is excellent.

Responsive host, pretty accommodation, well located. Due to water problems, the owner could no longer honor the reservation for this accommodation but was able to find us an equivalent solution at no cost. Very nice small apartment.

Spacious apartment in a very good location that has three bedrooms and a small kitchen with everything needed to cook: kettle, coffee maker, microwave and oven. However, the accommodation is on the third floor with no elevator; it's a shame this was not indicated in the listing, because you have to climb about sixty steps. We had an unpleasant surprise when we discovered bed bugs in the master bedroom: bugs in the bed and bites on us. After notifying the owner of this condition, she offered us new sheets to sleep in the second bedroom; the same nightmare because that bed was also infested, as was the sofa. Fortunately we were leaving, because we would have had to cut our stay short. All communications were made by phone, and it is a pity the owner never came in person. She was supposed to have the apartment disinfected by a company. In short, holiday ruined.

Mi spiace moltissimo per il problema che è stato riscontrato. Ho prontamente risolto tramite una igienizzazione e disinfestazione che non potevo eseguire con persone all'interno. Purtroppo, pur trattandosi di un mio problema non è da me causato. Sicuramente qualche ospite, e chissà chi, ha involontariamente "trasportato" questi piccoli ospiti. Fortrunatamente il problema è stato risolto sul nascere e infatti non si è ripresentato successivamente. Per quanto riguarda l'ubicazione al terzo piano senza ascensore ho evidenziato la caratteristica nella descrizione in modo da non avere più equivoci simili. Torno a ripetere il mio dispiacere per l'evento avverso ma purtroppo certi inconvenienti sono piccole mine vaganti per ospiti e proprietari.

Everything was excellent. It should be noted that it is on the fourth floor accessed by stairs (something very common in historic centers). Apart from that, it is a highly recommended accommodation.

The apartment is very beautiful, functional and well organized. The spaces are appropriate and the furnishings are very well cared for. It is very close to the train station and you can be downtown in 10 minutes. The hostess is very, very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Very spacious and pleasant apartment. However, the stairs make the stay uncomfortable, as it is on the third floor with no elevator; it was challenging for us. They are not required to ask for a health certificate, but they should warn about the difficulty of the climb.

Very nice apartment, equipped with everything and in a logistically perfect location. I recommend it for those who want to visit the center of Florence with its beauties. In the same street, just a few meters away is the Officina dei profumi di Santa Maria Novella: worth a visit!

Apartment in a really convenient location, a few minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella station and the historic center is easily accessible on foot (even for those like us traveling with children). The owners were very kind in welcoming us, punctual in communications and gave us useful tips for our vacation. The soundproofing of the windows needs improvement, but I would still return for another stay. Good value for money!

Feeling at home in another city is possible, thanks to the comfort of this spacious apartment filled with every comfort. The accommodation is truly provided with everything. The finishes and coverings are new, clean, and well cared for. The only downside is the third floor without an elevator.
