Welcome to B&B Domuseo, a place where hospitality, art, and nature blend to offer you a unique experience in Sardinia.


Accommodation features

Our property, a historic late 19th-century Campidanese house, has been transformed into a "house-museum" where art is expressed through objects, paintings, sculptures, and works that you can explore during your stay.

The house, recently renovated, enjoys the peace and tranquility of a large garden, surrounded by a green lawn and trees.

You can enjoy all the comforts while being captivated by a charming atmosphere created by exposed wooden beams, terracotta floors, Persian rugs, antique finishes, and vintage furniture.


Location

Domuseo is the ideal location for a welcoming, family-friendly, romantic, and relaxing experience.

Enjoy the common spaces freely.
Soak up the sun in the garden, read a good book under the pergola swayed by the summer breeze, or relax watching TV in front of the fireplace in the spacious living room.

You will have access to free Wi-Fi.


Surroundings

The optimal location of the B&B allows you to discover the most beautiful beaches in southern Sardinia, such as Chia, Villasimius, Costa Rei, Tuerredda, and Porto Pino.

Cagliari and its beach "Poetto" are just a few minutes' drive away.
Don't miss the discovery of this wonderful city overlooking the sea, rich in history, culture, and traditions.
Explore the streets of the Castle and get lost among shops, galleries, restaurants, and bars.


Our Rooms

Our rooms on the first floor, each with a private bathroom and access to a private terrace, are bright, air-conditioned, and furnished with unique pieces.
Each bathroom has a shower and is equipped with a hairdryer and personal hygiene products.

Each room is dedicated to a specific art: "Pittura" (Painting), "Scultura" (Sculpture), and "Intaglio" (Carving), each with its masterpiece.

Children:
- Children aged 0 to 3 can only be accommodated in the "Intaglio" and "Scultura" rooms at an additional cost of €10 per night. The request must be indicated in the reservation notes, and payment is made at check-in. A crib is included upon request.

- Children aged 4 to 15 can be accommodated in a third bed only in the "Intaglio" room at an additional cost of €15 per night. The request must be indicated in the reservation notes, and payment is made at check-in.


Notes

Remember that smoking is not allowed inside the house and rooms, but you can do so on the private terrace of your room or in external spaces.

I spent a week at Domuseo and it was a wonderful stay! The hosts were absolutely the best- so welcoming and kind that they made me feel at home. The place itself is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and full of charm. Breakfast was the real highlight, with delicious homemade cakes that were simply irresistible. I cannot recommend this BnB enough- I would be happy to return anytime!

Excellent structure, converted from a house in Campidanese style. The outdoor garden is very nice, rooms are welcoming and clean with a nice terrace. The managers are a very friendly, polite, and helpful couple. I highly recommend this structure.

A really beautiful place, it feels like being in a museum from another time, with very special pieces ranging from paintings to sculptures of all kinds and materials from other times. Exemplary cleanliness, everything in order, cared for in the smallest details. We only stayed one night, but it was enough to understand the service and professionalism that Mr. Andrea and Ms. Franca, the owners of the structure, put in with passion, professionalism, and love for the customer who feels pampered as if he were at home. We stayed at this establishment in January. Everything is top-notch! The owners are very kind and available, attentive. The room is beautiful with a beautiful bathroom. The outside temperatures were low, but we were warm with the heat pump always on, comforters and every comfort. Breakfast is amazing with Franca's cakes! We will return! Thank you from the heart.

I booked to spend three days in Cagliari, and I had a nice surprise. Fantastic Domus, with beautiful rooms and a lovely garden. The owners are very attentive to needs. The room was very clean and the bathroom was exceptional. I cannot say more, except that if I were to return to Cagliari, it would be there that I would like to stay again.

I was born and raised in Sardinia, while Andrea, originally from Puglia, has chosen to call Sardinia his home for over 50 years. Upon retirement, we decided to embark on this new adventure by opening the doors of our home to guests, hoping to share our love for Sardinia, travel, and hospitality.
