Location and style
Our apartment is located near the sea, in Ercolano, a city of art, a prestigious place for the ancient archaeological site destroyed in the eruption of Vesuvius. "Casa Graziosa" is a hospitable and comfortable structure located in the center where you can rest after a day of visiting the ruins of the Archaeological Park of Herculaneum or Pompeii or a panoramic walk on the slopes of the volcano.

Our residence is the perfect location for families who want to find the comforts of their own home in their places to stay, for all those who want to take care of themselves in a peaceful and comfortable environment.

Structure characteristics
Two bedrooms, private bathroom, free wifi, heated and air-conditioned rooms, possibility of returning at any time of the night, kitchenette in the large kitchen, large terrace are available to our customers.

Up to 4 guests can stay with us.

The managers speak fluent Italian, English.

Mobility
Last but not least, we underline that the strategic position of our structure makes it optimal for those traveling by train given the proximity of the "Stazione Circumvesuviana Ercolano Scavi" train station, with which you can reach Naples in 15 minutes, Pompeii in 25 and Sorrento in 50 minutes.
Finally, the A3 motorway is convenient and very short distance away.

This is a very beautiful and clean apartment with a balcony which gives you a magical view over Ercolano, Naples and the sea. The property is in the center with lots of possibilities to drink and eat and is a 10 minute walk from Herculaneum. Lucia arranged us a safe parking space in the parking under the building. Lucia is very reachable and helps you with everything. She gave us drinks and snacks to start and prepared delicious toasts with tomatoes. If we ever come back, this will be the place where we would like to go back to.

Exceptional property equipped with all comforts, fully equipped bathroom and kitchen. Splendid view of the Gulf of Naples. Extremely clean and tastefully decorated. The landlady is phenomenal, always available and present for every need. Property highly recommended.
