Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 10 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 20% of the total cost of the booking

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-in after 3:30 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.70 per person per night is applicable up to 4 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax

Fresh sheets every 3 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €7.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms
Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of small size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times
- Garden
- A one-time additional cost of 8 € for final cleaning
- Pet damage deposit: 20.00 €
