Arca luxury home is located 2.5 km from the Vatican museums and St. Peter's Basilica. From Termini station you can reach the house with the "line A" metro, getting off at the CIPRO metro stop and then taking bus 913 for about 5 stops. There are two rooms and they are all equipped with a flat-screen TV, hot/cold air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

Room 1 has an en-suite bathroom in Calacatta Gold marble and can make use of an additional single bed. Room 2 which has a double sofa bed, has a private bathroom outside the room.

Clean and secure with helpful communication from the friendly host. Coffee available, fridge and a sit-down table. Comfy bed and good hot water. Walking distance to Vatican and into the main tourist lot of Rome.

The host is extremely gracious, we felt welcome. The place is quiet, cool, and very clean: a real refuge during very hot summer days. Vicinity to suburban train and one short bus ride away from Metro makes it also convenient. We highly recommend it for anyone visiting Rome.

I stayed at this B&B and can only leave a more than positive review. The owner was really welcoming and always super helpful for all our needs, she helped us with kindness and attention in everything. The structure is clean, well-kept, and located in a convenient and quiet area, perfect for moving around easily. It was a very pleasant stay also thanks to the warm welcome and the help received, which really made a difference. Highly recommended!
