Renewed apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Great location, close to the central station and within walking distance of the city center. The place is clean and tidy, with plenty of room for 4 people. Mattia was super nice and helpful. We highly recommend this place for your stay in Bologna and would definitely repeat.

Impeccable accommodation, all brand new. Good location, although not in the center, there is a bus stop right outside Casa Curcio where it takes only 5 minutes to reach the center. Apartment on the first floor (no elevator). Bed for 4 people with the possibility of using the sofa bed.

The apartment is very beautiful and functional. The quality-price ratio is excellent. The only downside is the location because it is not possible to stop by car in front of the apartment and if you have bulky luggage it can be a problem.

The owner is very helpful and dynamic. Quick to respond and intervene because he is present in the same building. Brand new and very comfortable house with bus stops in front of the door that take you to the center in 10 minutes. Air conditioning and TV in every room make the stay enjoyable. Very spacious bathroom and living room in the living room for relaxing moments. Full kitchen. Personally, I would find it useful to have a chair in the bedrooms and a stool in the bathroom. In the kitchen, I would suggest a microwave. Finally, very important, very comfortable beds and a fresh and clean smell everywhere. It is certainly to be recommended and chosen. The owner was very kind and very helpful. Located near the center, the station, and the airport, well served by public transport. The apartment was very clean and perfectly in order, it also has a bathroom with a beautiful shower cabin, the beds are very comfortable and overall the decor is pleasant. The stay was pleasant and everything went very well, if I had to return to the city I would come back here because both the manager and the house were impeccable!
