Description
Casa Curcio is a spacious THREE-ROOMED APARTMENT of 70 square metres, entirely renovated in 2023.

Situated on the first floor of a historical building dating back to 1935, Casa Curcio is located on one of the city's main thoroughfares, a strategic point from which all major points of interest can be easily reached by public or private transport.

The entire facility is equipped with ultra-fast WiFi connection.

The bus stop, located less than 100 metres from the front door, allows you to reach the train station and the city centre in 10 minutes.

The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk away.

In addition, we have conventions with bars and restaurants in the area, as well as with those in the city centre.

We offer last-minute booking and check-in services, even at night (22. 00 - 7. 00).

The flat consists of a kitchen-living room, two bedrooms and a large bathroom.

Inside the kitchen-living room there is a spacious kitchenette equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, a comfortable double sofa bed and a table.

The bedrooms are respectively equipped with a double bed and two single beds, both with Memory Foam mattresses for maximum comfort, as well as a large wardrobe.

In addition, all three main rooms of the house are equipped with network-connected 43-inch 4K Smart-TVs, air-conditioning and heating systems.

The spacious bathroom with double windows has a modern walk-in shower, as well as all the basic necessities.

Overlooking the inner courtyard, there is a small terrace where you can smoke or simply take a breath of air.

Renewed apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Great location, close to the central station and within walking distance of the city center. The place is clean and tidy, with plenty of room for 4 people. Mattia was super nice and helpful. We highly recommend this place for your stay in Bologna and would definitely repeat.

Impeccable accommodation, all brand new. Good location, although not in the center, there is a bus stop right outside Casa Curcio where it takes only 5 minutes to reach the center. Apartment on the first floor (no elevator). Bed for 4 people with the possibility of using the sofa bed.

Apartment equipped with all the comforts, clean, new and spacious, very well served by public transport, very close to the city center, also within walking distance with a very pleasant walk. The owner is very helpful and dynamic. Quick to respond and intervene because he is present in the same building. Brand new and very comfortable house with bus stops in front of the door that take you to the center in 10 minutes. Air conditioning and TV in every room make the stay enjoyable. Very spacious bathroom and living room in the living room for relaxing moments. Full kitchen. Personally, I would find it useful to have a chair in the bedrooms and a stool in the bathroom. In the kitchen, I would suggest a microwave. Finally, very important, very comfortable beds and a fresh and clean smell everywhere. It is certainly to be recommended and chosen. The owner was very kind and very helpful. Located near the center, the station, and the airport, well served by public transport. The apartment was very clean and perfectly in order, it also has a bathroom with a beautiful shower cabin, the beds are very comfortable and overall the decor is pleasant. The stay was pleasant and everything went very well, if I had to return to the city I would come back here because both the manager and the house were impeccable!
