Very friendly crew, big rooms, newly renovated. Our family enjoyed the short visit. We even had a tasty pizza at their restaurant. One room had a bit of a funky smell coming from the bathroom due to low atmospheric pressure. When we told the crew, they took care of it.

Breakfast not as advertised. All we’ve got was a brioche and a biscuit in the room. But the experience was improved by a coffee machine in the room. All the rest was excellent. Impeccably clean, cosy bed, heated room, very kind host.

Great B&B if you need to stop in the area. Rooms and apartments are practically new and spotless, nicely furnished with all the essentials. Really lovely. Breakfast at the Nautica bar. Definitely an excellent choice.

We had a wonderful stay. We arrived late for breakfast,so we didn't find the savory selection and I'm not sure if it was offered. If not,we suggest it for greater completeness,but everything was delicious. Excellent location,host very helpful in every way,excellent value for money.

The room is spacious and recently renovated. Comfortable setting with TV,Wi‑Fi and air conditioning. The bathroom is renovated and has a shower. The pool is good but does not have a sloping bottom;therefore,for short people or children the water level is too deep. The sunbeds and parasols are in poor condition,so much so that one broke while we were lying down. Breakfast is average - rusks,croissants and chocolate pastries. Small jars of jam and Nutella,coffee and cappuccino from the bar. No cakes or desserts,little fruit. Staff friendly. In summary,the rooms are excellent but the pool area and breakfast must be improved.

The property is very well organized and managed by very helpful and attentive staff. The pool is certainly an important asset:it is large, clean, with many umbrellas and loungers. The breakfast is varied and suits all tastes. I appreciated the possibility of using the pool on the day of departure. The presence of the bar and the parking increases its value.

I had the pleasure of staying at this brand new hotel overlooking the shores of Lake Viverone, and I can only recommend it enthusiastically. The structure is modern, well taken care of in every detail, and offers an atmosphere of relaxation and refinement. The location is simply perfect: waking up with a view of the lake is a rejuvenating experience. The rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished in a contemporary style, and equipped with every comfort. A special shoutout goes to the staff: welcoming, smiling, and always available. From check-in, you feel pampered and heard, like at home. Every request is met with professionalism and kindness. Ideal for a romantic weekend, a getaway from the city, or a rejuvenating vacation. I will definitely return!

Beautiful structure fully renovated. The rooms are very nice, simply furnished, but that does not detract from their excellent taste, allowing for a pleasant and relaxing stay with access to the pool and, if desired, the structure also has a small wellness center. But all this is thanks to the two managers, especially Mrs. Flo, who welcomes you and makes you feel at ease throughout your stay. Rating 100000000000000000. I highly recommend the structure.

All the places are new, welcoming, and clean. I slept well, the mattress was new. The silence of the place is fantastic, and the view is beautiful. The managers are very kind. The breakfast was abundant and varied, a classic Italian breakfast.

My three friends and I booked this accommodation as a base for the alpine gathering in Biella. A very nice place and TOP staff, really warm welcome, very friendly staff. Unfortunately, we couldn't try the breakfast because we left very early, but they prepared a fantastic takeaway for us. A very quiet place by the lake, great for a bit of relaxation and for those who love to be in tranquility. If I were to return to this area, it will definitely be our point of reference. 5 stars!

We stayed for the national Alpini gathering. Good welcome. Spacious room with a nice large bathroom and convenient parking. We recommend it.

Beautiful experience, top hospitality, Flo and her women's team welcome you with availability and adapt to the needs of the customer. The place is welcoming, nothing is missing, solarium, pool and if you want also SPA. Rooms in the BB area are top. The cherry on top... they accept furry friends. Thank you, we will come back soon.

Great b&b just renovated, with taste and spacious areas. The management welcomed us with the willingness to move the previously booked days. The pizza on Saturday night was excellent! We will return.

Very friendly and efficient manager. Very beautiful structure, I believe that in late spring and summer it is really enjoyable. The new spa opening soon will offer guaranteed relaxation and fun.

The room is very spacious and comfortable, well heated, with a table and a large sofa, and it is equipped with a mini-fridge. The bathroom is a bit small, but has a large shower; unfortunately for us Italians, there is no bidet. The breakfast is plentiful, although there are no homemade products. The staff is truly exceptionally kind and helpful. Excellent value for money.

We stayed for one week. We relaxed a lot. The swimming pool is fantastic. The staff is courteous and very helpful. Highly recommended.

After having had phone contact asking if the dog could come, we were able to have a pleasant night's sleep in a room with a well-functioning air conditioning. The breakfast was also good with fresh croissants. The staff was super friendly. A nice stopover for the return trip. The car is parked in a closed area. And the price was definitely worth it.
