Brand-new apartment, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Although the owner made himself available, it would be advisable to change the cleaning company.

Very nice and cozy apartment in a quiet area, even at night, and well connected to the city center by bus and/or metro. The owner is kind and very helpful. Excellent value for money. Definitely recommended.

The house is very nice and comfortable. However, the problem is that it is on the ninth floor and there is only one elevator that can fit 2 people, maximum 3. The biggest problem was arriving home and not finding it clean, but oh well, we waited for the company that was late because the owner was not at fault, in fact, he was also very kind. The location could be fine if more buses passed by, but all in all, it’s okay. There are 4/5 stops nearby (Licia, Gallia-Licia, Gallia-Saturnia, De Mattias Pannonia). The buses that pass (360, 671, 665) do not connect directly to Termini, but you can get off at Re di Roma with the 671 from Gallia Licia and take the metro to go directly where you want. Finally, a few meters away is the Penny and then a café/restaurant called Danny’s. Thank you very much, all in all, it was a nice experience!

Clean and well-maintained apartment, ideal size for a family stay (2 adults + 2 children). Very kind owners always available. Slightly outside the city center chaos but metro and public transport available nearby. Highly recommended!
