Absolutely recommended, warm-hearted hosts, one feels very welcome and at home. The location is wonderfully quiet, you can really relax and sleep. The rooms are air-conditioned and beautifully decorated. You can take water, juices, and coffee. Thank you very much to Massimiliano and Stefania, who even baked us a delicious strudel and for the beautiful stay! Sara and Andi.

Excellent property immersed in tranquility. In 15 minutes you can reach Mantua and in the evening there are several restaurants in the area where you can eat well without spending much.

The courtyard is beautiful, surrounded by cornfields, 5 minutes from the village of Castellucchio. Exactly 15 minutes from Mantova, ideal for a stop in the tranquility of the countryside, pampered by Stefania's hospitality. Few rooms cared for in the smallest details, and furnished with great taste. Spaces restored in respect of the original structure, with visible bricks and beams. Superb breakfast, very rich and with a choice of sweet and savory. I felt at home.

The structure has been recently renovated with taste and elegance. Ms. Stefania is an excellent hostess, friendly and down-to-earth. Her cakes are a must-try, making breakfast special. Highly recommended.

It was a stay full of courtesy and kindness. Stefania provided us with assistance at all times and delighted our palates with her cakes at breakfast. The morning buffet is the most complete we have found on our travels, the very welcoming room is located in a skillfully reconstructed structure that maintains the characteristics of rural buildings from the 19th century. A renovation done with expertise and love for the preservation of heritage. We will definitely return. Best wishes for your success.

In light of the ratings, I would say that I can only add the extreme cordiality of Stefania and Massimiliano, full of attention towards me, with vivid intelligence and a friendly proximity even before being hospitable. Located in a rural landscape, the B&B is nevertheless very convenient and easy to reach from Mantova, Sabbioneta, the lakeside oasis of Mincio, and other interesting places to visit. A completely renovated farmhouse with conservative taste, in an oasis of peace and tranquility, from where it is then hard to leave. The breakfasts are true excellent morning meals, which made me skip lunch for three days, while the use of the fridge, coffee, tea, etc., allows for further afternoon or evening breaks. What can I say, I hope to return soon to have cordial, relevant discussions with Stefania in front of her homemade sweets. Thank you!

Everything was perfect, from the kindness of Stefania and her husband to the structure, beautifully renovated and furnished. I was served a really rich breakfast, even though I was alone, and I slept wonderfully, in the peace and quiet of the countryside. I can't wait to have the chance to return. Thank you again!

Ten out of ten: everything is fantastic, beautiful area (a few kilometers from the splendid Mantua), top structure, the rooms are super. The owner is friendly, polite, and nice; she can be defined as "a dear friend." It is impossible not to stop! Thank you, Stefania, we had three fantastic days.

A courtyard immersed in green, both the road leading to it and the property surrounded by a beautiful park. Renovated with taste and refinement, the toiletries are carefully selected (not those disposable sachets) and here the detail already conquered my positive feedback. Stefania welcomed us with grace and simplicity, always with a smile. Homemade cakes and dama kisses made by her were a sweet awakening. Delicious! Espresso pods of every flavor always available with ceramic cups. We needed a logistical support and stayed just one night. We will return soon, this wonderful place deserves to be experienced longer.
