I stayed at La Pietra Nera Etna Home and had a wonderful stay. The property is well maintained, spotlessly clean and very welcoming. The room was spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything needed. The location is excellent for visiting Catania by metro and for easily reaching the main attractions in the area. I greatly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the private parking, a very convenient service. A special thanks to Alessandra, always kind, helpful and attentive to guests' needs. I highly recommend it.

We stayed in a large room with a big external bathroom. Bright and pleasant, the room could perhaps use more comforts and fewer knickknacks, as well as the bathroom, which lacks a toilet paper holder. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired, especially the fixtures. Good location: the center can be reached quickly from the nearby metro station. Strangely, I could not contact the owner after leaving the property: her number is no longer active.

Gentile ospite, la ringraziamo per aver condiviso la sua opinione e prendiamo sempre in considerazione i suggerimenti costruttivi per migliorare l’esperienza dei nostri ospiti. Ci teniamo però a precisare alcuni aspetti importanti. Durante il soggiorno è stato purtroppo fumato all’interno della camera, nonostante il divieto presente nella struttura. Abbiamo trovato cenere sul pavimento e un forte odore persistente, tanto da dover arieggiare la stanza per diversi giorni prima di poterla rendere nuovamente disponibile. Inoltre, gli infissi e le zanzariere sono stati lasciati fuori dai binari e chiusi in modo improprio, rischiando seriamente di danneggiarsi. Per quanto riguarda invece il numero di telefono, confermiamo che è perfettamente funzionante e non risultano chiamate o segnalazioni ricevute dopo il check-out. Ci dispiace che alcuni aspetti non siano stati di suo gradimento, ma riteniamo corretto riportare anche il rispetto delle regole della struttura e delle condizioni in cui la camera è stata lasciata. Le auguriamo comunque il meglio per i suoi prossimi viaggi.
