Modern, high-quality furnishings. Three rooms are rented that share a common, nicely furnished lounge. Water, coffee, tea and small cakes/cookies are available at any time for self-service and at no extra cost. Street parking is possible. The rooms are on the 2nd floor, with an elegant entrance area. Pepe is a courteous and very helpful host. Thank you very much for that!

We spent 2 nights with Guiseppe. The room is very well equipped and very clean. We felt very comfortable. Guiseppe is a very warm and helpful host. We were able to park the car right in front of the house. Breakfast across from the accommodation at Oskar was good and included in the room rate. We had the Marinella room with a nice balcony. The location is perfect. We went to the beach at La Tomnara and then went to eat at Villa Belvedere. Highly recommended. The sunset in Palmi is spectacular. Anyone looking for accommodation in Palmi should book Verde di Calabria. Thank you Guiseppe for the lovely time in Palmi.

We stayed at this B&B for a few days as a family. A pleasant surprise. The property, centrally located in Palmi, is brand new and renovated to a high standard. We had the family room, with a living area and kitchenette (a real kitchen), sofa bed, bathroom and a huge bedroom. I had the chance to see the other rooms, all brand new, with bathrooms of a higher standard than any B&B. The owner is a young man who is committed to this business and is available for any request. Breakfast, served at a nice bar in front of the property, is also very good. In addition, in the B&B's common area there is always a corner available 24/7 with something to eat or snack on. I repeat, a surprise. We will definitely return in June.

A really pleasant stay in this B&B on one of the main squares of Palmi. The host was extremely kind and welcoming, always available and attentive to our needs, making us feel at home from the very first moment. The rooms are well-kept and very clean, with attention to detail that is noticeable and appreciated. Breakfast is offered at the partnered bar, an excellent choice to start the day with something good and fresh. Additionally, inside the B&B, there is always a table stocked with cookies, coffee pods, tea, and herbal teas: a really convenient and pleasant corner that allowed us to take a break at any time of the day. An experience that I highly recommend and that I will definitely repeat!
