The apartment looks exactly as in the pictures - well furnished with everything you’d need, and very clean as well. Federico was very helpful and kind. The location is also great and allows you to reach some of the main historical sites of Rome in a short time. We had a great time here and would definitely love to come back!

Pleasant, clean, and well-located apartment, next to the Basilica San Paolo station, 10-20 minutes away from tourist sites. I recommend 💯💯.

Strategic location because it is close to the metro and in a well-served area with bars, restaurants, and shops. The shower needs to be fixed.

Nice apartment, comfortable and with services suitable for our needs. We needed a place close to Bambino Gesù and I must say it is a walk away. We will definitely come back.

Federico was immediately present and attentive to the guests' needs. Logistically, the apartment proved to be ideal for our need related to a hospitalization at the Bambin Gesù Hospital on Via Baldelli. The structure is a unit of an old building but with clean common areas and equipped with an elevator. The apartment appeared welcoming, modern, and clean. Positive experience.

We stayed for two days in this bed and breakfast. We found it fantastic both in terms of location and environment. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts. I highly recommend it. P.S. The subway is right outside the door.

Great location to reach the center thanks to the B metro which is just 40 meters away. Very close by you can find MC Donald's, pharmacy, rotisseries, bars, mini market.

Metro at 50 meters this allowed me to visit Rome starting from a strategic position. The Colosseum is 15 minutes away, the area was very quiet and at the same time full of restaurants and various services, the house clean and welcoming, nothing was missing, very kind hosts, I definitely recommend it and will take it as a reference point for when I return to Rome.
