Besides the unspoiled landscapes, with rolling hills covered by olive groves, these places are particularly lively in summer, when they are repopulated with tourists and numerous countryside festivals take place.
o 20 km from the "Cascata delle Marmore" (Marmore Waterfalls), the highest man-made waterfall in Europe, created by the ancient Romans and immersed in a natural scenery of incomparable beauty
o Hiking and trekking lovers can reach Monte Terminillo (40 km) or immerse themselves in the Way of Saint Francis (approx. 30 km, with 4 sanctuaries that are part of the original itinerary, ideally situated at the 4 ends of a mystic cross: Fontecolombo, Greccio, Poggio Bustone, La Foresta)
