Domo Angheleda is a DETACHED HOUSE of approximately 50 m2, located in the countryside south-west of Alghero in the upper part of the promontory that runs along the Alghero-Bosa coast road - about 3 km from the center of the city of Alghero, and very close to the sea.
The property is an OPEN SPACE composed of:
• a sleeping area, with a 160X200 double bed, 26 cm mattress, composed of 4 layers of Memory and WaterFoam combined with a system of 1600 pocket springs, plus additional 5 cm high memory foam topper, three-door wardrobe with chest of drawers, air conditioning, 50 inch Smart TV with Netflix. We offer free sheets, pillows and quilt.
• a living area furnished in a modern style, with two comfortable sofas which, if necessary, can be transformed into two French double beds equipped with a standard mattress and an additional 7 cm high memory foam topper. The living room also offers air conditioning, a 65-inch smart TV with satellite decoder and Netflix, a pellet stove for your winter stays;
• a kitchen area equipped with a table with four chairs, a modular kitchen in which there is a fridge, a freezer, a hob with four burners, a single sink, a static electric oven and a dishwasher and washing machine. We also thought of including small appliances such as: a kettle, a blender, a toaster, a microwave oven, an espresso coffee machine, various cutlery, crockery and much more;
• a nautical style bathroom equipped with a large 116x100 cm shower, hairdryer, towels, rugs and courtesy kit;
• a welcoming and spacious private outdoor area with a garden characterized by the presence of numerous aromatic plants, two terraces, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The terraces are equipped for eating and relaxing in the shade;
• free wi-fi throughout the facility suitable for video calls
• Free private parking (for one car only);
