Located at the foot of the impressive Tofane, the Casa Gaspari Suite in Cortina d'Ampezzo presents itself as an ideal refuge for those looking to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the Dolomites and the tranquility of the surrounding environment. This cozy ground-floor suite, characterized by an independent entrance, covers an area of 26 sqm, creating a refined and functional space.

The interior of the suite is cleverly divided by an elegant wardrobe, offering on one side a double bedroom tastefully furnished in a warm alpine style and on the other a pleasant sitting area, complete with a modern sofa and a corner bench with a coffee table. The bathroom, flooded with natural light thanks to a window, is equipped with a spacious shower. Although breakfast service is not provided, guests can count on a range of amenities to prepare meals independently: a refrigerator, kettle, electric moka, microwave, and dishes are available to ensure a pleasant stay experience.

Upon arrival, guests are warmly greeted by Mrs. Paola, who ensures that every detail, including bed and bath linens, is in order for a comfortable stay. The cost of the short-term rental, with a minimum stay of three nights, includes the tourist tax, all utilities, linen change every three to four days, and final cleaning, guaranteeing a worry-free experience.

For those traveling by car, the property offers ample private parking, while the Tofane ski lifts are just 300 meters away. The urban bus stop located in front of the house becomes a convenient free ski bus in winter for those with a ski pass. On request, a storage room for skis and bicycles is also available, making the property a perfect starting point for exploring the wonders of the area. The center of Cortina, with its charming boutiques and restaurants, is easily reachable on foot in about 15 minutes, offering a perfect mix of tranquility and access to local activities. The owners live in the remaining part of the house, always ready to provide assistance and suggestions to enrich your experience in this beautiful mountain location.

Fabulous host. Beautiful views. Clean and warm. The views were stunning. The walk down to town is 10 minutes, but there is a bus stop right outside the house. I would highly recommend it.

Suite Casa Gaspari deserves more than 10 in every regard. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the hostess to the sad moment when it was time to depart, every aspect was perfect. The suite is comfortable and immaculate. The views from the suite were unforgettable. Our thanks to Paola, the hostess. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

We were so happy to stay at Paola's place. Paola is super friendly and the place is clean and beautiful. It is not far from the ski lift and the city centre. We would like to come back.

Super cute, clean, comfortable flat - even nicer than in photos. Host was very sweet and accommodating of our late arrival. Location was slightly further from things, which was clear from the listing, but still walking distance (around 20 mins with a fairly steep uphill) to the centre and about 10 mins from Chalet Tofane and the Socrepes lift. Overall great place, host, pretty good location, and excellent value!

I have no words to describe the great treatment we received from Paola. From the moment we arrived she was absolutely lovely, with immense joy she welcomed us as if we were family and was super attentive at all times for anything, even to inform us about the places we were going to visit. The accommodation is the best I have ever stayed in, very beautiful, but the most remarkable thing is the mountain views. We didn't want to miss either a breakfast or a dinner on the apartment terrace. If we returned to the Dolomites we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for everything, Paola. A pleasure.

House as described and in the photos, clean and warm, equipped with various amenities. View of the Pomagnon and the Faloria from the sofa! Parking right in front of the house. Excellent location because it is outside the city center but still less than a 5-minute drive from Cortina's center, which can also be reached on foot. The owner is super kind, helpful and ready to provide lots of information.
