The property's location is exceptional, just steps from the sea and from the liveliest area of the town. There are all kinds of services within walking distance. The rooms are very nice, cared for in every detail and spotlessly clean. The manager proved to be extremely kind and helpful, responding promptly to every question. Highly recommended!

The stay was really very nice. The room and the apartment are super cozy, cared for down to the smallest details, fully equipped and provided with every technological comfort: nothing was really missing. Moreover, the host was extremely kind and helpful, accommodating every need. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable property, spotless, in a very convenient area within walking distance of the historic center! Also a warm welcome and excellent service and a very helpful and kind host. We had a really great time! Highly recommended.

The stay was decidedly pleasant. Everything perfect. Cleanliness. Recently renovated. The only drawback, which does not depend on the property: being on a main road, it remains noisy. Thanks for everything. I highly recommend it to those who love both the sea and the city.

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return as soon as we have the chance. Room number 1 is clean and modern, the bed comfortable, and there is a very useful mini fridge stocked with fresh water and drinks. There is a small balcony with clotheslines, very handy when returning from the beach. The kitchen is functional and has everything you need. You can tell effort was made to choose good-quality items, including the washing machine and dryer. Mattia is extremely helpful, kind and very quick to respond to any question. In short, a great deal! Thank you very much.

Sunscape's location is ideal: it is close to the train stations and the port, as well as the stops for the main bus lines (including those to the beach) and the most touristy and vibrant areas of the city (Marina, Via Roma, Via Garibaldi, Piazza Yenne).

You won't need a car to get around the city. You can easily walk to any central area. Via Roma, Via Garibaldi, Piazza Garibaldi, Bastione di Saint Remy, Piazza Yenne, La Marina, and Villanova are all within a distance of 100m to 900m. The stops for the main bus lines (1, M, 10) are just a few meters from the entrance of the property.

The bus stops for the beach routes (PE, PQ, PF) and the night service are less than 700m away. Parking is available in the white and blue parking zones in the area.
