Excellent hospitality, very courteous and always present managers. The parking is not on the premises but very close, about 100 meters away, both uncovered and covered, both free! From the covered parking, the elevator takes you directly to the Piazzo (the noble and high part of Biella, where we found good restaurants); from the Piazzo, the funicular (called the inclined elevator) takes you to the center of Biella. It might be less convenient as a location if you want to activate right in the center of Biella, but it's convenient for excursions to the Sanctuary of Oropa or to the scenic Zegna.

Beautiful B&B in the heart of Biella, recently opened and extremely well-kept. Ermanno has renovated with great taste and attention to many small details that show the willingness to make guests feel at home. The structure allows for total independence in using the rooms at any time. Breakfast is served in a very bright room with large windows overlooking a beautiful garden. It is in a strategic location to reach the heart of Borgo Piazzi, which is the medieval part of Biella. What else to say, if you plan to visit Biella and its surroundings, Casa di Lia is the ideal base. Thank you again to Ermanno and Mira, we really felt at home.

Great location, convenient parking, nice rooms and building. The owners are very friendly and nice. I had already been here for work in December 2024 and returned for vacation in February 2025. I highly recommend it!

If you are looking for a quiet refuge, look no further: this splendid B&B is hidden behind a discreet door in a wall that borders the street leading to the historic center. We are very close to the beating heart of Biella. From the moment this small door opens, an enchanting inner courtyard reveals its secrets, inviting us to immerse ourselves in a unique experience. The owners, with a warmth and friendliness that are characteristic of Italian hospitality, welcome us with a smile and direct us to the three rooms we have booked. And what a discovery! Each room is a world of its own. The "Sunset" room, decorated with the colors of twilight, transports us to the heart of a radiant summer, like a sweet promise of daily escape. Then, the "Forest", with its hints of wildlife and the wolf hidden behind the trees, makes us feel the magic of a fairy tale coming to life within its walls. Finally, "Ocean", in the tones of the sea, invites us to swim in an ocean of serenity, where every corner evokes the wonders of the deep sea. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless, reflecting the owners' attention to detail. In the morning, we are welcomed in a semicircular room, flooded with natural light, where a delicious breakfast awaits us. Each dish is presented impeccably, fresh and carefully prepared: a true delight for the senses!
