Our property offers a recently renovated apartment located on the sixth floor of a building with an elevator. It is perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers, featuring three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. You will also find a cozy common area, a laundry room, and a well-equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need to prepare your meals, such as a sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and much more.

We had a wonderful time! The room had a nice balcony, everything was very clean and the kitchen even had coffee, oil and salt for cooking. Chiara is a great host. She answered all our questions and was really friendly. Thank you so much for having us, we would definitely come back.

Host Chiara really made a great effort to make us feel completely at home! All questions were answered immediately. The accommodation is very modern and newly furnished, clean, has a kitchen with a refrigerator, and it is easy to get to the city centre. Even the espresso and water are provided free of charge. Bakery and supermarket right at the property. Value for money is excellent; I can only recommend it! You couldn't ask for more.

We had a great stay. The apartment was very clean and truly comfortable. It is located in Pigneto, which was our area of interest; it is a very lively neighborhood, but the B&B is quiet and we slept peacefully. We did not experience any night noise at all. The host is very kind and immediately available to accommodate our needs.

The environment is very clean, comfortable, and well organized. The furniture is brand new. The owner is very courteous and helpful. I was a guest for one night during a business trip and I am absolutely satisfied with the choice. I recommend it and I will definitely return. Breakfast is not included, but right across the street, there is an excellent pastry shop! Thank you.

The structure is well furnished and clean. You can really notice the precision as soon as you enter. There is street parking or a paid garage. For breakfast, you can go to the bar in front or they have their own equipped kitchen. We were really satisfied.

A perfect stay – like feeling at home in Rome! Rita and I stayed at Una Stanza al Pigneto and can only speak highly of it. The room is cozy, clean, and furnished with great care: you can see that every detail has been thoughtfully designed with love. We felt at home right away. The Pigneto neighborhood is a wonderful discovery: authentic, rich in atmosphere, and perfectly connected to the center. Despite the liveliness of the area, the room is quiet and ideal for resting. A nice 10 for the facility, for the availability of the manager, for cleanliness, and for the quality-price ratio. The nine for the location depends on the fact that the metro line C is still not finished, and therefore we have to change at San Giovanni to go to the center, but it deserves a 10 for the tranquility of the neighborhood. For breakfast, even if not provided, there is an excellent pastry shop right in front of the entrance door that is affiliated with the facility. Overall, highly recommended.

In a beautiful building with an elevator, on the sixth floor, in a quiet and well-connected area (near Metro C, stops Malatesta and Pigneto, a bus stop not far away, about 10 minutes by car from Tiburtina Station) lies this splendid B&B, brand new and equipped with all the latest technologies and comforts, with a complete kitchen, laundry room, and a nice common living room. Don't be put off by the bathroom outside the room, as the doors are exactly opposite those of the rooms, and it won’t cause any inconvenience to your privacy. The breakfast, at a partnered bar-patisserie located at the corner of the block, in front of the property, will provide you with a more than satisfactory breakfast. I hope to be able to return soon, even for a longer stay, to benefit from the kindness, courtesy, hospitality, and cleanliness guaranteed by the very kind Mrs. Chiara, who will meet all your needs and questions. In a word: book with confidence, you won't be disappointed!

B&b in a very quiet area of Rome, even in the evening. It is close to the metro C stop (which will connect to the city center starting in May). Chiara was very kind and helpful for anything. The room and the common areas were very clean. Breakfast is not available on site, but there is a discount at the bar across the street, where especially the pastries were delicious. The property has all the comforts for cooking.

I highly recommend the property! Brand new, quiet, functional even for long stays, with comfortable and well-organized shared spaces. The managers Chiara and Claudio are also truly exquisite and available, even for any eventualities! Next time at the first opportunity, I will gladly return.
