The host was unresponsive for a few hours, leaving us to wait. The location was good; the breakfast was very good and was served at a restaurant down the street by two very nice, attentive women. There are four flights of stairs to the B&B, which is an unattended property and not really a B&B.

Gentile Mike, la ringrazio per il tempo dedicato a lasciare la sua recensione e per aver apprezzato la posizione e la colazione. Mi dispiace per il malinteso relativo alla comunicazione iniziale. Preciso però che la prenotazione è stata effettuata alle ore 8:00 del mattino e che la mia host Rosaria l’ha contattata già alle 8:14, quindi pochi minuti dopo, per fornirle assistenza. In seguito, nonostante alcuni tentativi di contatto telefonico andati a vuoto, le sono state inviate le istruzioni per il self check-in, servizio previsto e conforme alla normativa regionale per le strutture extralberghiere come i Bed & Breakfast non presidiati. È importante ricordare che, secondo la normativa vigente, un B&B può operare sia con presenza continuativa del gestore sia tramite modalità automatizzate di accesso (self check-in), purché vengano garantiti assistenza, pulizia e corretta comunicazione degli ospiti alle autorità — aspetti che vengono da noi sempre rispettati. Ci dispiace che la sua esperienza sia stata condizionata da un’incomprensione iniziale, ma restiamo sempre disponibili per offrire supporto e assicurare un soggiorno piacevole a tutti i nostri ospiti. The staff were very friendly and attentive, which made our stay enjoyable. However, the apartment was located on a high floor with no elevator, which was inconvenient. The accommodation offered all the basic amenities we needed. The air conditioning unit was quite noisy at night. Breakfast was below expectations, with limited options.

Apprezziamo inoltre i suoi suggerimenti relativi ai prodotti da bagno e al comfort dell’appartamento: li terremo in considerazione per migliorare ulteriormente il soggiorno dei nostri ospiti. Very friendly host, with whom we could easily communicate by whatsapp. Location was at walking distance of the village center. To be honest I was a little bit worried by the outside look of the building, but the inside was really nice. Clean and modern rooms. We stayed only for one night, but if we had the possibility, we certainly would have stayed longer.

Excellent property, friendly staff. It's a pity there's no elevator and the four flights of stairs were sometimes tiring. But otherwise really great.

A great surprise in the midst of peace. Just a small advice to the chef, for dinner, less quantity and more care in the dishes. The structure and the staff are really nice and professional, well done.
