Located on the fourth floor of an elegant 1970s building, the property features an elevator and overlooks a large pedestrian square, providing a lovely view of the sea and the lively harbor of the city, where the charm of the old town blends with the beauty of unforgettable sunsets.

The three rooms, crafted with passion and attention to detail by Maria Grazia, an architect who infused each space with elegance, offer a relaxing stay for families and couples. Two of the rooms overlook the sea directly, allowing guests to enjoy the view and the sound of the waves, while rediscovering the pleasure of a vacation without the need to use a car. The central location, at the end of Via Roberto D'Angiò, makes it easy to reach the beautiful beaches, shops, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife, immersed in the pulsating heart of the Pearl of the Ionian Sea.

The hospitality is entrusted to Giuseppe, Annarita, and Adriano, who take care of every need with discretion and courtesy, creating a familiar and welcoming environment. To start the day pleasantly, Trerooms offers a generous breakfast at an affiliated establishment, available at any time to suit each guest's pace.

Although there is no private parking, free parking can be found nearby during less busy hours, while paid areas ensure a convenient solution for those who need it. Overall, I had a positive stay, but there are a few things worth mentioning for future guests. The first concerns the fridge: unfortunately, it did not serve its purpose in practice. It was very small and barely cooled, and it also had no freezer compartment. During high temperatures this was quite inconvenient; even cooling packs I brought to keep drinks cold for the beach could not be refrozen. It is worth keeping this in mind if you plan to store food or keep drinks cold during your stay. Another point to clarify is breakfast. In my case, breakfast included one pastry (for example a croissant) and one coffee. Any additional items were charged separately. It might be helpful to describe this more clearly in the accommodation information so guests know what to expect. The second issue concerns the check-out and key return process. I was instructed to leave the keys in the room, but at the same time the same key was needed to exit the building and pass through the gate. Since I had a very early departure, this created a confusing situation and I had to find a solution myself to avoid being locked inside. I think it would be helpful to clarify the procedure for guests leaving early in the morning. That said, despite these inconveniences, what truly compensated for them was the beautiful sea view from the balcony. It made mornings and evenings very enjoyable and added a lot to the overall experience. Thank you for the stay.

Buongiorno grazie per il suo feedback, ne terremo conto. Le critiche servono a migliorare certo. Però ci teniamo a precisare che i mini frigo presenti nelle camere dei B&B servono a mantenere in fresco le bottigliette piccole delle bibite. Se si vogliono conservare molti alimenti non è sicuramente adatto. Però su richiesta host Annarita si è messa a disposizione per venire incontro ad esigenze specifiche. Per le istruzioni riguardanti il check-out Annarita all'arrivo va incontro agli ospiti nell'androne del palazzo dando tutte le informazioni riguardanti anche il check-out. Evidentemente quando lei è arrivata è entrata da sola ed è sfuggito. Comunque avrebbe potuto scriverle e le sarebbe venuta in aiuto. Ci dispiace degli inconvenienti.

Great location for walking around. Comfortable and welcoming rooms, especially the bathroom which is quite clean. Very helpful and welcoming Mrs. Anna Rita. The only thing missing is a vertical mirror. All in all, if I happen to return to Gallipoli, I will stay here again.

Great B&B, especially for its strategic and central location, finely renovated and furnished, with beautiful comfortable rooms complete with everything and all with a large independent balcony. I was also able to use the condominium parking, which was very useful given the high traffic period in Gallipoli in August. The common living area is equipped with a coffee machine and kettle with coffee, tea, herbal teas, and snacks for a breakfast or a coffee/tea at any time of the day, but the structure is affiliated with a high-level gourmet pastry shop where I could have a really great extra daily breakfast. I stayed three nights around Ferragosto in the center of Gallipoli and had a holiday without any problems thanks also to the precious and very valid support of the owner. Highly recommended!
