The environment is brand new and welcoming, the floor air conditioning is really pleasant and not intrusive. Gianfranco welcomed us with kindness and professionalism, qualities that are not taken for granted. Quiet environment and a super comfortable double bed, really large and cozy. Highly recommended. If we happen to return, we will definitely come back.

The first thing to say is that the room is much, much nicer than the photos on the website. I only needed one night and didn't expect much, but reality far exceeded my expectations. Don't be misled by the images — the room is really cozy and well-kept. The owner is very hospitable and attentive, you can tell she really cares about the well-being of her guests. The area is quiet, away from the busy street, and we parked without any problems. The breakfast, while simple, was still enjoyable. The room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. And the motorcycle-shaped table in the kitchen? A true masterpiece! Thank you very much for this wonderful experience!
