Immersed, indeed scattered, in the beautiful village of Bassano in Teverina in strategic positions. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms, due to the excessive temperatures (39°C), despite the size of the walls, are very hot. There is an air conditioner available, in the "penguin" style, which, however, is a bit noisy. The TV connection was missing and the period around mid-August did not help in resolving the alignment of the satellite dish, but there is sufficient WIFI available. The breakfast is good with fresh products and homemade pastries. The price is a bit excessive for the type, but the discount mentioned in the description brings it to more adequate levels.
