My husband and I stayed only one night, but we felt very comfortable. The place is very cozy, clean, and quiet. The hosts were very attentive and made us feel at home. We definitely recommend it and will gladly return.

I recently stayed in this pleasant house and, despite the bad weather, it was very warm and very clean. It is very close to Aurelia station and also convenient for Fiumicino Airport. The owner is friendly and the price is very affordable; I highly recommend it!

Warm welcome and clear explanations from the very first moment. The property proved to be consistently available and friendly, immediately creating a pleasant atmosphere of empathy. Impeccable cleanliness, one of the highlights of the stay. The value for money was also excellent.

Cozy apartment, perfect for a weekend in Rome. Quiet location, supermarket nearby, functional kitchenette. Lorena was very helpful and punctual at check-in. One thing to improve: perhaps add a non-slip mat in the shower. Overall, great stay. We will definitely return if we come back to Rome.

The apartment is very nice, clean and tidy. The kitchen is spacious and functional with new and clean dishes and pots. The two bedrooms are large and well furnished with beds with very comfortable mattresses. Lorena and Valerio are two very kind and welcoming hosts, available to meet guests' requests. This is definitely a place we will return to. The only drawback is the parking: being a residential area it is a bit problematic to find a spot, but no big deal, a short walk never hurts 🙂.

Unfortunately our experience at this property was really negative. The beds were very uncomfortable, the room had an unpleasant musty smell and the surrounding area was anything but pleasant. We were forced to stay here for health reasons, but it was a period to forget. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Ci sorprende però il suo giudizio, perché in oltre un anno di attività abbiamo ricevuto solo recensioni molto positive da ospiti che hanno sempre apprezzato la pulizia, la cura degli ambienti e la tranquillità della struttura. Dedichiamo molta attenzione al comfort e all’accoglienza, e ci dispiace sinceramente che la sua esperienza sia stata diversa. Fortunatamente, le esperienze degli altri ospiti confermano che si è trattato di un caso isolato. Le auguriamo il meglio e la ringraziamo comunque per averci scelto.

They were truly fantastic! The B&B where I stayed was incredible, but what really made the difference was the availability and kindness of the owners. I have stayed here twice at different times and it has always been a confirmation. They treated us like family, making us feel at home from the first moment. The room was comfortable and clean, the area very quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a welcoming and family-run place to stay. The owners were truly exceptional, always ready to lend a hand and provide advice about the area. Do not hesitate to choose them, I assure you you will not be disappointed!
