My stay at the B&B was supposed to be 4 nights and ended up being only 1. Unfortunately, the listing did not specify the tiny size of the shower and, worse, the opening to enter the shower. This made it impossible for us to stay there, without being able to shower for 5 days. The rest of the room was completely acceptable, very well decorated and clean. We contacted Milena and she was willing to look for a solution at all times. Because of the erroneous listing lacking details about the situation the guest would find (with the owner being aware of this, even due to the same issue with another guest the previous year - see reviews) and because the other rooms were occupied, it was finally agreed that the first night would be free and she kindly found us another apartment in the city, which is why the entire stay was canceled. I hope they can fix the shower dimensions or, if they do not want to invest or cannot, be clear in the listings by mentioning its tiny dimensions. I appreciate the willingness to resolve it, but I had a very bad experience during the conversation, not only via chat but also in person, with certain discriminatory comments for which she later apologized. This unpleasant situation is what leads me to this low rating. Finally, I enjoyed my vacation when I checked into the other lodging. I would recommend other users who wish to book to find out well about the dimensions, as I have not seen that the listing has been modified yet. I hope they do so soon, since the rest of the facilities are very nice. Positive point: Milena speaks several languages, including Spanish. She also responds instantly.

We stayed at this B&B from May 2nd to 4th. Great location in a quiet residential area, just 30 minutes' walk from the center, with the option to also take a bus nearby if you don't feel like walking. Milena is very kind, helpful, and gave us advice on everything we could visit in Verona, a beautiful city. Room with all the comforts.

Great facility in a strategic location, easy to find parking near the house, the lady person is really kind, I highly recommend it.

Milena is a great manager and a very nice person.

Completely renovated B&B 10 minutes walk from the center of Verona. Excellent technology for check-in and entering the apartment at any time. Room and bathroom with all the comforts. Excellent breakfast. Definitely recommended.

Very beautiful, clean, and well-maintained structure in every detail. We stayed for 2 nights, the breakfast was very varied, and we had a great time. The owner was very kind. We will definitely come back.

We booked this accommodation based on the excellent reviews we read to visit Verona. I must say that we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, the location (quiet for being in the city and convenient to the center) and above all by the friendliness of Milena who manages it. She made us feel at home! The breakfast is rich and suitable even for those like me with special dietary needs. So what can I say. If we return to Verona, we will definitely book at B&B Fablas!

B&B Fablas is meticulously detailed, welcoming and safe environment, super clean and equipped with all the comforts, super nice, kind and helpful owner, excellent and plentiful breakfast! No flaws, rating 10!

Recommended structure, small but clean room with all kinds of comfort. Good location, city center easily reachable by public transport or a 20/30 minutes walk. Very helpful and welcoming manager, provided us with many useful tips to visit the city. Overall, an excellent stay, we will definitely come back.

I chose the B&B Fablas, for the excellent reviews and the proximity to the Borgo Trento hospital. I must say they reflect reality. New, clean, and comfortable structure. Mrs. Milena was very welcoming and helpful. A structure that I highly recommend.

The B&B Fablas is in a great location because it's 2.5 km from the city center, easily reachable by public transport or with a nice walk, also convenient for those needing to be close to the San Francesco Clinic. Great kindness and availability from Milena, and excellent cleanliness of the property. Easy to find street parking. Quiet neighborhood. I would go back.

My husband and I had the pleasure of spending a short stay in Verona, staying at the B&B Fablas. It was a pleasant discovery, modern and well-kept decor, excellent cleanliness, abundant breakfast, and an excellent location to reach the city center. What can I say about Mrs. Milena, an excellent host, kind, sociable, and helpful, ready to entertain her guests with many suggestions to enjoy the beautiful city of Verona in the best way. We highly recommend this B&B.
