Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

I spent 5 nights at this very pleasant B&B in July 2017. General impression: Nicely and calmly situated; nice orchards, vineyards in the surroundings, safe parking Room: The double room that I occupied was perfectly clean and appropriately equipped. I would have liked some more table space and a second chair in the room, but for a single person it was ok. The bed was a bit too hard for me. A fridge is present. Aosta valley is notoriously hot in summer and this was also felt in the room. A fan might be helpful? Breakfast: Excellent and ample. Can be taken indoor or on the balcony with nice view. Owner: Very friendly and responsive to the needs of the guests. Fluent also in French. I would come back to this place without hesitating and recommend it warmly.

I want to start this review by talking about the people, in particular about Mrs. Lorena. Why? Because it takes passion to do a job, and she has a lot of it. This passion is transmitted not only by her, but also by her family, in managing the property and in preparing breakfast, full of homemade cakes and other delicacies. Kindness is Mrs. Lorena's calling card. Right from the start, we felt at home. So, what can I say? We highly recommend it.

Spacious room and comfortable bathroom, we slept without any disturbance. Abundant breakfast with savory and sweet homemade products by Mrs. Lorena such as various types of cakes and jams. Super beautiful view of the breakfast room and extremely friendly and helpful managers of the structure. Extremely satisfied.

Panoramic view from the room simply stunning, breakfast with a great variety of homemade cakes and regional products. Lorena incredibly helpful in giving advice on what to see. Perfect location to visit the entire Aosta Valley. Very happy to have chosen this property.

I booked the room with the SPA, a truly wonderful experience to share with your partner. The only flaws were: the bed not very comfortable and visually beautiful and that the room is located on the first floor of the structure so some people pass by occasionally. The experience was truly wonderful and I will return.
