Nestled in the picturesque landscape of Valconca, where gentle hills meet the sea breeze, our estate is a haven of tranquility and authenticity. Once the home of our grandparents, it has been revitalized through a careful renovation, preserving its warm and familial spirit, ready to be shared with those seeking a refreshing stay.

Here, time flows in harmony with nature. The expansive park and garden provide perfect spaces for relaxation, while the surrounding countryside invites leisurely walks and cycling adventures. The inland area, rich in history and traditions, awaits exploration, and we would be delighted to recommend routes and sites to visit to make your experience even more memorable.

Our Room & Breakfast features two spacious rooms with private bathrooms, a cozy living area, and a garden where we serve breakfast. We have chosen not to equip the property with televisions, favoring a more genuine atmosphere filled with books, social interactions, and outdoor moments.

The hosts of this beautiful property could not have done more to make my stay and breakfasts so perfect. Laura even gave me a lift to my cousin's place one morning! Nothing is too much trouble. Fantastic hosts. Great location!

New structure, immersed in the greenery! Very well-kept and clean room, abundant breakfast with quality local products. We felt at home, family atmosphere, Laura and Davide were welcoming and gave us many useful tips for visiting the area. We will return!
