Description
This two rooms B&B, located in the center of historical Rome between the Vatican and the Spanish Steps, is situated on the 4th floor of an elevator apartment building right off Piazza Cavour. The guests rooms are very bright and light filled. The first one (red room) has a double bed and a private bathroom (with tub), and some antiques; the second one (blue room) has twin beds that can be joined together, lots of closet space and right outside the room a private bathroom with a stall shower. There is also a small common area outside the rooms which has a table where breakfast will be served. From this location it is an easy walk to the Vatican and by taking the bridge across the Tiber River it is also just a 15 minute walk to the famous Via Condotti shopping area of Rome and the adjacent Spanish steps. Many of Rome’s most historical sights are within walking distance from this point and other districts of Rome are also readily accessible from the Piazza di Spagna Subway station of Line A and many other area buses.

I loved my stay with Gloria. Great apartment easy to get to. Very nice neighbourhood. Close to Vatican City. The metro is just up the road which gives easy access to all the sights of Rome. I would recommend these apartments for your stay in Rome.

We enjoyed three lovely nights at Ondina. Gloria is an amazing host and her BnB is a very cozy place. Very well located to explore major parts of the city on foot. The metro, as well as several bus stops, is very close and even the shuttle bus to FCO Airport stops round the corner.

A lovely stay in a comfortable room (the blue and white one). Great facilities and Gloria is a very welcoming and helpful host. I would book here again. Thank you Gloria. Breakfast was not available when we stayed which we knew before we booked.

A big thank you to Gloria for her excellent welcome, her availability, and her valuable advice. The place is easily accessible, very clean, and allows for good autonomy. The neighborhood is very nice, with good addresses, and a great location close to the Vatican and the Tiber. We recommend it with our eyes closed!

We had the red room. Everything was perfect, the location, the comfort, and remarkable cleanliness of the place, with daily cleaning. The breakfast with fresh orange juice, dairy products, croissants, and brioches was very good. We recommend it 100%.

Gloria welcomed us with kindness and courtesy. The room was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The property is just a stone's throw from Piazza Cavour, with various bus stops and a 5-minute walk from the Lepanto station (metro A), making it easily accessible from Termini station. I highly recommend this property.

Mrs. Gloria was very kind and helpful, she is an excellent homeowner. She welcomed my request to have a cake for my daughter's birthday, also giving her a bouquet of flowers! Very helpful in giving advice, moreover both the room and the bathroom were always clean and tidy.

In the district, a few steps from the Basilica of S. Pietro and the Vatican Museums, you can find numerous restaurants, traditional taverns, bistros, bookstores, cinemas, cultural sites, and streets entirely dedicated to shopping. Crossing the Tiber and enjoying the unique landscapes, you can reach by foot in five minutes the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, the Spanish Steps and all the most famous monuments and museums of Rome. The neighborhood is well connected to the city center thanks a good public transportation and metro (A line).
