Welcome to this characteristic Art Nouveau building dating back to the early 1900s where friezes and architecture, the finishes and the splendid floors that adorn its rooms will immerse you in the splendid atmospheres of the "Belle Epoque", one of the most fervent socio-cultural periods of artistic and literary production in history. Lecce also experienced its Belle Epoque and this is demonstrated by the numerous Art Nouveau buildings that surround its beautiful historic center. These elegant buildings, in fact, surround the first streets adjacent to the historic center of the city, and with their friezes and their frames adorned with splendid paintings they really have little to envy to the most ancient Baroque art that embellishes the buildings and churches of the historic center.
Our elegant and spacious rooms are available in different configurations: double, triple and quadruple, all furnished with antiques that tell stories of a bygone era. Each room is a refuge of comfort and color, equipped with a private bathroom or external private bathroom with shower and bidet. Furthermore, if you arrive in the morning, you can conveniently leave your bags at our facility from 11: 00 am allowing you to explore the area without worries.
for your convenience, we offer a luggage storage service after check-out at a cost of € 5. 00 for the whole day, with no size or weight limits; you just need to confirm the collection time with our facility and proceed to pay in cash upon collection

SECURITY DEPOSIT in case of damage to the property
A security deposit of EUR 30 is required upon arrival. This deposit must be paid by credit card. You should receive a refund within 8-14 days of check-out. The deposit will be refunded in full to your credit card after an inspection of the property.
