Close to the train station, easy check-in and check-out. Excellent option for staying in Modena.

My first time in such a B&B. Overall a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, there were clear instructions, it was 50 m from the train station and a 15-minute walk to the city center. Breakfast is at a nearby bar, where the lady was nice, but the selection was underwhelming. However, for that price I would still say it was great value for the money spent.

All things considered, we were fine, except for a very strong smell inside the property, I don't know exactly what it was, maybe strongly spiced oriental cooking, which was really unpleasant. One last thing: the air conditioner is automatic; it turns on and off by itself after a few hours, so the cool air would return right after it had turned off. It's a pity it cannot be controlled manually with a remote.

La ringrazio per la sua recensione Nicolò. Se per flessibilità lei intende fare entrare arbitrariamente altre persone e farle soggiornare al beb senza avvisare l'host? che per legge è obbligato a registrare i documenti di chi entra. In tal caso si, sono poco flessibile. O probabilmente intende pagare un misero e già basso importo per una sola persona per poi fare ciò che vuole e consumare per due? Anche in questo caso purtroppo per lei sono poco flessibile. Le Auguro di trovare il gestore a lei più compiacente e flessibile per quelle che sono le sue aspettative.

La doccia è stata controllata dopo la Sua recensione e risulta funzionare correttamente: l’acqua rimane fredda solo se la leva non è completamente aperta, cosa che non è stata segnalata durante il soggiorno. Ha richiesto una camera più calda e abbiamo regolato il riscaldamento, che funziona con un timer e non può rimanere acceso continuamente. Le nostre camere vengono pulite e controllate accuratamente prima di ogni arrivo. Offriamo un alloggio confortevole e ben mantenuto a una delle tariffe più basse della città, e speriamo che i futuri ospiti possano apprezzare il buon rapporto qualità-prezzo e il servizio che offriamo.

Aside from the toilet flush needing repair, the bed is comfortable and the room is well soundproofed (you cannot hear any train noise). The only negative point is the automatic heating: you cannot decide when to turn it on or off.

Everything was fine. I felt comfortable. The host was helpful and kind. The only negative point: the mattress is hard, which I believe did not help my sleep.

L'ascensore era temporaneamente fuori servizio e per questo motivo siamo venuti a prendervi prima del check-in, aiutarvi con i bagagli e mostrarvi un ingresso secondario con ascensore. È un peccato che questo inconveniente abbia avuto un impatto così negativo sul vostro soggiorno. Grazie.

The rooms are in a building next to the station and a 15-minute walk from the center. Despite being close to the station, they are very well soundproofed, even between rooms, so you can sleep without disturbances. The room is very modern and well cared for, and has everything needed for an excellent stay. The host is extremely helpful: during my stay the building's elevator was out of order. The rooms are on the eighth floor (you enjoy a beautiful view over the city from above), but the host personally arranged for me to enter through the neighboring building. Otherwise, the rooms and the main entrance are automated, so access is easy and fully autonomous. All in all: considering the price, it is without a doubt recommended both for a visit to Modena and for work.
