Functional, clean room recently renovated, also equipped with a fridge, kitchenette and table with chairs. Excellent location a short walk from Porta Nuova and the city centre. Great value for money. The only drawback: being on the ground floor adjacent to the building's entrance hall, you can clearly hear the noise of the heavy front door, which each time it opens and closes emits a long, piercing and annoying squeak. Perhaps a maintenance intervention and oiling would be enough to reduce the noise that especially on weekends seriously affects sleep continuity. Otherwise, the property is well maintained and recommended for value for money.

The room is nice but very noisy. Located on the ground floor of a very crowded building, especially with non-EU citizens. Every time they came in or out, the door slammed so hard that it made us jump, especially at night.

The structure has been recently renovated, is comfortable, clean, functional, and located in a nice neighborhood of Turin, although it is now flooded with bars and small cafés that are popping up like mushrooms. The only downside is that it is on the ground floor on Via Baretti, without even a blackout curtain or frosted glass to protect the view from outside. Another downside is the very annoying door that squeaks.

Everything went smoothly as expected. The structure is very close to the Marconi metro station, making it very convenient to reach Torino Porta Nuova Station and Le Molinette Hospital.
