The house is the result of converting the eponymous hotel opened in 2000 into a family-run B&B; the basement floor is used privately by the family, the ground floor hosts apartments managed by a local agency, while the first floor is entirely dedicated to the B&B under the regional non-entrepreneurial regulation.
