It consists of a double bedroom with an extra bed, a room with two single beds, and a lively living room that can be transformed into a third bedroom if needed. Guests will also benefit from a well-equipped kitchen, complete with refrigerator, oven, and stove, ideal for preparing tasty dishes or simply enjoying a self-prepared breakfast.

Luca and Katia's place is spacious, clean, well stocked for breakfast and soft drinks, and easy to get to and park at. This is our second time to stop over in Bologna at this B&B. It's perfect. Luca is a fountain of knowledge on the region and keen to help. Great hosts who are always pleasant.

Well received despite my very late arrival. Nice spacious, clean, friendly apartment, well located with the possibility of parking right next to it. Self-service and very complete breakfast. Thanks for this brief stay.

Since the first phone contact, I have noticed an extreme courtesy from the managers. The apartment is generously sized, meticulously clean. Large bathroom with a whirlpool tub and the whole kitchen with a well-stocked refrigerator for breakfast. Obviously, you have the entire apartment at your disposal, so what can I say? The Ferri family deserve a nice 5 stars! The B&B, being a stone's throw away on foot from the center of Castenaso, is also close to various shops and decent restaurants.

Dear Guests, this is Katia Ferri and I manage the Aparthotel Feeling at home. For this activity I choosed this name ("Feeling at home") because the apartment that is used for it was, for some years, our home. More then this because I like to think that I'm able to offer to my guests the pleasant atmosphere that everyones can feel when enter in their home. My main activities are the Aparthotel, my family (husband and 2 sons) and the school of my sons. Actually Bologna isn't so known, all over the world, as other Italian art masterpieces (like Rome, Florence or Venice) but I am sure that sightseeing Bologna could be a great surprise for each turist that likes the Medieval towns. The first amazing caracteristic are surely the 40 kilometres of arcades that run everywhere in the town centre. Usually, for a reservation of some nights, we OFFER A LITTLE GUIDED SIGHTSEEING OF BOLOGNA CENTRE in order to show the best particularities of our town. I wait for you for a nice journey to Bologna.... probably the only town of the world where you can walk everywhere in a rainy day, without your umbrella, and mantain your self dry!!!! Katia

The Aparthotel "Feeling at home" is near to the Bologna Exhibition Centre (9 kms) and the Sant'Orsola - Malpighi Hospital (8 kms and well connected by public transport).
Furthermore at 4 kms there is the INAIL Hospital of Vigorso (Budrio) and at about 8. 5 kms there is the "Horse Hospital" of Bagnarola di Budrio.
The Bologna's Airport is at about 15 kms (20-25 minutes).
The new theme entertainment park "FICO", that shows the excellencies of the Italian feed, is only 6 kms far with a 10 minutes travel by car.
