We stayed at this B&B for one night and found it very pleasant. The room was new and clean, located in a quiet area outside the town center. Stefano was helpful and attentive to every detail. We will return.

Excellent location, very close to the fair. The host is helpful and friendly. The property is clean. It is a true bed and breakfast, since the owner lives on the top floor of the building.

A short walk from the center, well connected by public transport, in a quiet residential area. Entry via codes to access both the house and the room freely, with no set hours. Excellent welcome, friendliness, helpfulness and much-appreciated advice. Water, coffee and other hot drinks available.

Very clean property, well organized, a bus stop to the city center is 300 m away, excellent breakfast. But the strong point is the staff: Stefano and his partner are very kind and extremely helpful, they make you feel at home! We will definitely return!

In my opinion, 10 is too low for forty structures. The owner Stefano and his collaborator are very kind. Very close to the fair and a short time from the center, very quiet area! I will return and recommend it to everyone, including families.

Stefano and Zoe were impeccable, helpful, and very welcoming. The structure is brand new and equipped with all comforts. The only limitation is the external bathroom shared with other guests, but since it is the only one present in the property, it was absolutely not a problem. Highly recommended!

I was very lucky to have stayed here. The absolute kindness and maximum availability of the managers made me feel at ease from the very first moment, right from the booking stage. Wonderful welcome, genuine and fresh breakfast, spacious room and quiet location, strategic position for the airport and ring road, convenient for getting around by car or bus. I was in Bologna for work and in the evening it felt like coming home. Thank you Stefano! We will see each other again during my next stays in Bologna.

We gave all high ratings, but the one that exceeds the maximum score we express without any doubt to Stefano, the owner of the structure. He never made us miss his presence for any of our questions or needs. The B&B Parco Nord is located in a strategic position, a stone's throw from the highway and not far from the center. The complex of terraced houses is immersed in a pleasant and elegant atmosphere of silence and a perception of absolute lack of dangers of any kind. No difficulty in finding parking right next to the front door. We can objectively say that we have never been in such a satisfying B&B.

The structure is located in a nice, very quiet neighborhood. It is new, very tidy, comfortable and welcoming, strategically situated close to the fair and the ring road, in a position that allows easy access to the center of Bologna. The owner Stefano is very friendly, helpful, and very attentive to meeting the customers' requests. A B&B to keep in mind and where to return for a pleasant stay.
