Located just a few minutes from the center of Frontone and close to the trails leading to the spectacular slopes of Monte Acuto, the B&B is the ideal base for nature lovers and outdoor sports enthusiasts. Great base for exploring the Catria area. The B&B is surrounded by greenery, quiet and well-kept. The owners are friendly and the breakfast is homemade. We had a great stay!

I was born in Senigallia, and since my family is originally from Mondolfo, I grew up between Mondolfo and Marotta, just a few kilometers from here. These more mountainous places, compared to the Mondolfo countryside, have always fascinated my parents, who decided to get married at the Hermitage of Fonte Avellana. They later purchased an old hayloft in this area and restored it together with my father, strengthening our sense of belonging to these places. Eventually, together with my wife Suzana, I decided to purchase and begin restoring this house in 2020. My greatest passion is music, which I have cultivated since I was very young. Since 2022, we have lived here, where our Cultural Association is also based. My wife teaches yoga, and I offer sound relaxation sessions upon request. We enjoy sharing our home with passing travelers and do our best to make them feel comfortable and welcome in this magical valley and in this beautiful corner of the Marche region.

Our property is located about 2 km from the center of Frontone, along the main road that connects the village to the Monte Acuto ski lifts, which are just 1 km away. A few hundred meters from the road in front of the property is the junction leading to the Hermitage of Fonte Avellana, a much-loved destination for hikers and visitors. A river runs alongside the road, and its flowing creates a relaxing natural soundtrack that can also be heard from our garden. As the seasons change, the sound of the water blends with all the other sounds of nature, creating a truly evocative natural concert. Surrounding the property are ancient stone houses, wide green spaces, forests, mountains, and an unspoiled environment, characterized by fresh, clean air and a deep sense of peace and nature.
