All good, one suggestion: add a clothes drying rack and some hooks in the bathroom for towels.

Francesco is very welcoming and helpful for suggestions or in case of problems, communicating quickly. The property is located about 10 minutes walk from the port and 20-30 minutes from the center (depends on where you want to go). Spacious room and very comfortable bed, although the furniture around the door slightly obstructs the entry and exit from the room (especially with arriving luggage). Impeccable cleanliness, done daily with a change of used towels. Bathroom also spacious and in the room, without a window. We suffered a bit from not being able to sleep with the windows open due to the lack of mosquito nets. Breakfast is served in a nearby bar, good but not excellent. Recommended for a few nights.

It's very central. The rooms are very clean and cleaned daily. Easy to find and plenty of restaurants/cafes in the area. The owner, Francesco, was very helpful.
