Highly recommended. The perfect home away from home. Loved everything about the place. We booked all 3 rooms and all were top notch. Francesca is an awesome host and made us feel welcomed long before we actually got there. You will not be disappointed.

The B&B Pozzo di Mezzo is superb. If it doesn't bother you that it is a 20-minute bus ride away from the city center (the bus station is nearby and the bus departs frequently) then book it. The house is wonderful, the rooms pretty and very clean. And the owner Francesca is very helpful and charming. Totally can recommend it!

The property was very well appointed and of a high standard throughout with a very pleasant seating area outside. All necessary amenities are close by including a regular bus service. Bologna is a beautiful city that we will visit again. The hostess, Francesca, gave us a very warm welcome and provided lots of information about the area which she is so clearly so passionate about, including her own hand drawn maps of the immediate area and one of Bologna itself, which were both very useful. Without doubt she is the most helpful and enthusiastic hostess that we have ever met, but was never intrusive with the advice that she offered. Thank you very much Francesca, wèll see you again.

Camere impeccabili e pulitissime e Francesca è stata disponibilissima ad aiutarci a trovare un ristorante dove cenare l'ultimo dell'anno e si è data da fare nel telefonare a variati locali che offrissero un menu alla carta e non il solito cenone. Colazione di pasticceria golosissima e merita 10 e lode; un po' meno quella preconfezionata del 1 gennaio e per questo il voto è solo 9 (ma eravamo stati avvertiti in anticipo). Il posto è vicino ad una strada dove si trova di tutto ma per andare in centro (dove è pressoché impossibile parcheggiare) devi prendere l'autobus (sono comunque solo 15 min). Da consigliare e da tornare.

Posto squisito e lontano dal caos per chi cerca un po' di tranquillità ed eleganza a 10 minuti dal centro cittadino, il tutto ben servito da mezzi e locali. Ancor più squisita la proprietaria, di una gentilezza e disponibilità unica a qualsiasi orario e per qualsiasi cosa. Totalmente consigliato.

In mezzo al verde, rustico chic, begli spazi esterni, cura dei dettagli e finiture ricercate in camera, accoglienza e disponibilità top, autonomia, parcheggio. Apprezzata anche la macchina caffè Nespresso in camera. Assolutamente soddisfatta!

Che dire..un week end meraviglioso. Talmente tante le cose che mi sono piaciute che cercherò di non dilungarmi troppo: Il B&B è tenuto benissimo, sembra nuovo, ristrutturato da poco, tutto è perfettamente al posto giusto e bello da vedere. Secondo me le foto delle camere non rendo giustizia! Pulizia impeccabile, inutile anche parlarne Colazione: da sito non capivo come una colazione potesse costare così tanto, invece trovo sia geniale. Se vi vuole bere un caffè con la macchinetta (tra l’altro buonissima) e una brioche confezionata sono comprese nel prezzo che ritengo basso rispetto a Bologna e a quanto offerto. Se si vuole invece una colazione da pasticceria che in realtà è praticamente un pranzo dolce/salato con quanto di più buono si possa trovare allora vale la pena spenderci di più perché di sicuro non pranzerete tante sono le cose offerte (non scherzo). Location: sarebbe perfetta se non le stessero costruendo sulla strada per arrivarci ma lo dico solo per trasparenza perché una volta varcato il cancello non si sente un rumore e la vista non ne viene danneggiata. E poi lei: Francesca, fantastica proprietaria che ha come scopo farti godere di ogni momento. Super gentile e disponibile, sembra sapere che musica vorreisto sentire in quel momento come sottofondo e che bicchiere di vino vorresti bere. Insomma top! Ci tornerò certamente.

Bellissimo Bed and Breakfast, ottima location, casa tipica del posto, pavimenti esterni in cotto, molto elegante e pulita. La padrona che ci ha accolti all'arrivo è stata super gentile. Volendo c'è la possibilità di avere un'abbondante colazione, ci siamo sentiti meglio che a casa! Consigliatissimo.

Posto molto bello e tranquillo. Stanza pulita in maniera maniacale ed arredata con gusto. Colazione molto varia ed abbondante. Gestore simpaticissimo e disponibilissimo a venire incontro ad ogni esigenza del cliente. Credo che ci ritornerò appena possibile! Mauro.
