Ci sono tanti cartelli che indicano che non si può parcheggiare. Ci sono tanti parcheggi gratuiti ed altri a pagamento, strade dove si può passare ed altre dove non si può passare. Non posso dire dove si può parcheggiare e dove no, per questo ci sono i cartelli che sono uguali in tutto il mondo!

We stayed for one night at Sergio’s place and we were impressed with the location and value! It was maintained spotlessly, and our room had a small balcony with a private outlook. The streets in the area come alive at night with a great street dining vibe that we loved too. Parking in the area is scarce, we had to scout for a space several blocks away.

Very good stay in Cagliari. Ideally located apartment! Close to the train station and one stop from the airport. Close to lively streets and very good restaurants! It was perfect.

Clean and comfortable room, only flaw was the lack of curtains (there were shutters, but not so convenient if you want privacy but at the same time let natural light in). Host very kind and helpful.

During our stay in Cagliari, we used a room with three beds for just one night. The room was clean, spacious, and located in a good position. The owner, Sergio, was very precise and helpful. The check-in and check-out were easy, with clear instructions.

Perfect location for those who want to experience the lively atmosphere in the city without giving up the sea. Very central, steps away from the station, all services in the vicinity. I stayed 5 days at the property and the room I stayed in was always clean and in perfect order. I recommend it.

Great location. However, the value for money was not adequate. The room was clean and as shown in the photos, but there are some things that need to be revised to match the price, which is not cheap, of 75 euros per night (e.g., the shower door opening inwards is not comfortable or safe, and it would have been impossible to use for people larger than us; the air conditioner in the room above ours dripped onto our balcony; the balcony had no chairs or places to sit, the cleaning staff sometimes entered the room, not just ours, without knocking). The owner was kind and helpful. Good self check-in.

Stanze pulite, arredate con gusto, letto confortevole. Bagno un pò sacrificato ma tutto nuovo, come il resto dell’arredo, e pulito. Peccato le stanze non ricevano molta luce naturale dalle finestre e quindi bisogno usufruire di quella artificiale. Accoglienza e check-in ottime. Posizione molto centrale a pochi minuti dalla stazione. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Simpatia e disponibilità del proprietario si sono sommate alla comodità della struttura. Stanza molto grande, ottimo soggiorno (replicato due giorni dopo il primo). TV e condizionatore ok. Disponibilità riviste turistiche molto positiva. Arredamento sobrio ma ben curato, torneremo ancora di sicuro.
