Description
The B&B "The Pilgrims" is located in Villa Santina, ideal starting point for cycling the famous“Tour of Italy-Zoncolan peak” and the still untouched Mount Crostis. So short is the distance from the peaks of the Friulian Dolomites (UNESCO World Heritage) and the highest mountain of Friuli region, mount Cogliàns.

Hiking trails such as the path of Churches and Faith can give the opportunity to travel by foot or by mountain bike and discover the fascinating hidden corners of Carnia region, passing through the history of the Roman city of Iulium Carnicum.

Those who love art and culture should not forget the proximity to Illegio village where every year sacred art exhibitions take part.

Serena, Marco and Jacopo are happy to welcome you to their newly built home and provide you with two special rooms for a total of 5 beds, reading room, wi-fi, games room, garden and parking.

Cyclists and motorcyclists are welcome.

Breakfast will be served inside or in the garden.

In Villa Santina village there are bars, shops, bank, bakery, newsagent, pharmacy, bus stop, laundry, stables, restaurants and pizzerias and in just seven kilometers, cinema, theater, swimming pool and gym.

We offer: linen, breakfast, courtesy, cleanliness of rooms, heating, baby package on request (changing table, high chair, cot, stroller), microwave, kettle and ironing board in the room, bicycles for adults and children, ski and boot room, deck chairs, snowshoes for adults and children.

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Absolutely perfect while travel through the Dolomite Alps. A little bit difficult to find the location. Tip to Serena: post the geographic coordinates for GPS on the booking confirmation.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer und ein traumhaftes Frühstück erwarten einen im Bed & Breakfast Ai Pellegrini. Die Zimmer sind hell und das Haus grenzt an einen großen Parkplatz wodurch man wirklich immer einen Parkplatz finden würde. Zu Fuß muss man nur die Straße hochlaufen um zum Stadtzentrum der kleinen Ortschaft Villa Santina zu gelangen. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und die ausgesprochen herzliche Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und um das Wohl ihrer Gäste sehr bemüht. Zusammenfassend kann es wirklich kaum etwas geben was ein Gast im Ai Pellegrini vermissen könnte. Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal.

I have to give all 10 because 11 or more is not possible! Mrs. Serena who manages the property is a person of great kindness and courtesy that are rarely found, very helpful even when we had an inconvenience (our fault) for breakfast! The room is very well-kept, tidy and spotlessly clean, nice loft used as a study/living room with kettle and coffee machine available, the bathroom also spotlessly clean with those small touches like the towels and the makeup remover product or cotton swabs that are rarely found even in much more prestigious and starred establishments... you really feel at home! It's a pity that for us it was a quick stopover and we couldn't fully enjoy the breakfast as I mentioned, but the homemade cake was uniquely delicious! but we will definitely come back and if you need accommodation staying in this B&B you will certainly not be disappointed!

We had a very good time. Extremely clean, bright, spacious room with a nice little balcony. Comfortable bed. Large, spotless bathroom, well-equipped, just like the room. We couldn't have asked for better. Varied, plentiful breakfast and... simply good! Maximum availability from Serena and Marco (bikes in the garage, breakfast at 6 in the morning for our needs... truly exceptional). A pleasure to have a chat with Serena, thank you for the lovely welcome and the wonderful stay.

Everything perfect, very clean structure, "super" breakfast, top level hospitality, in a strategic position to visit all the main points of interest in the Carnia region. We ended the stay with a great nostalgia, we can't wait to return for the many trips we still have to do.
