I mainly liked it because it was very close to the place I had to go. It was super quiet and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the owner was very friendly.

It’s a great value, 15 minutes from the tourist areas in a nice safe neighborhood. Lots of nearby restaurants and shops. There is also a taxi stand a couple of blocks up from it. It’s my second time staying and still great!

The property is nice and quite clean. The owner is courteous. The only problem was that there was no hot water (with 10°C outside it is not ideal to shower with cold water). Unfortunately, in my case the owner did not answer the phone and I ended up catching the flu.

Buongiorno, ho letto la sua comunicazione. Mi dispiace molto per l’accaduto. Rispondo sempre al telefono, ma questa volta purtroppo non l’ho sentito ogni tanto il telefono fa i capricci e bisogna che lo spengo ed accenderlo per aggiornarlo. Ci tengo a precisare che non sarebbe mai rimasto/a senza acqua calda. Proprio per evitare problemi di questo tipo ho installato due caldaie, così se una dovesse avere un malfunzionamento c’è sempre l’altra, in modo che i miei ospiti non restino mai al freddo. Ribadisco le mie scuse per l’inconveniente. Rammaricandomi per l'accaduto invio saluti Claudio.

Host really kind and helpful. Simple but clean structure, very quiet and peaceful, no traffic noise. Very convenient location for metro and public transport, 5 minutes from Villa Borghese.

Typical and characteristic Roman building. Area close to both the station and the city center, easily reachable by bus. Street with useful shops such as pharmacy, bar, restaurants, clothing. Excellent value for money. Manager available, friendly, and reserved. Room very clean and equipped with everything, cleaning and breakfast hours perfectly respected. Fully satisfied.
