The room was larger than expected based on the photos. There are several doors and the wardrobe is behind its own door, so it is difficult to show in pictures. Communication was good, and the room service/cleaning lady was very nice, with extras like a new bottle of water every day, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The only issue is that the house is quite noisy; the problem was less the traffic from the street and more someone snoring in the other room, plus loud footsteps and people moving furniture at 6 a.m. Cycling to and from the house in Levanto can be unpleasant because there are no safety measures for cyclists, such as street lighting, bike paths or safe crossings, and the road has potholes. This is of course more a problem for the town than for the owners.

Levanto is underrated and preferred over the Cinque Terre towns! Our host was friendly, kind, and informative. A bonus that the accommodation came with bicycles we could use. Plenty of good food options in Levanto and a quick bike ride to the train station. Would highly recommend staying here.

Well received, clean, close to the train station and the sea. Availability of bicycles. Parking. Access to the train station, with a somewhat dangerous road and accommodation with poorly insulating walls depending on the neighbors.

Everything was very good, the downside for me personally is the breakfast. I would have preferred cereals rather than packaged cookies, biscuits, etc. Fresh and less industrial products! Otherwise everything else perfect for me. The bikes are really great.

Very clean B&B, very good welcome, bikes available, convenient to reach the village (there are locks), everything you need for a good breakfast, the only negative point is the noise of passing vehicles but we had our earplugs, so for us it was just a detail, other than that, we were not disappointed.

Magnificent stay at B&B Cinque Terre da Levanto with Catia. Bed and cleaning done every day. Rich and replenished breakfast daily. We did not miss anything! Large room and nice bathroom with beautiful shower. Terrace space + sunbeds. Free parking + bikes available. Excellent value for money. Levanto is ideal for visiting the 5 lands and the surroundings. It is a small town with all the shops and their Italian charm.

Catia is a very friendly host who cares about the well-being of her tenants. The house is a bit off-center but the journey to the city center of Levanto is straight ahead.

Great welcome from Catia, the owner, who is very helpful and attentive. The accommodation is pleasant and very clean. We enjoyed the small private garden for eating outside or relaxing on the sun loungers. We also appreciated the bike rental (in perfect condition) to reach the train station, the city center or the beach of Levanto, it is very easy to reach the Cinque Terre by train, I recommend it!

We can only praise, Catia is affable, kind, respectful, attentive to her guests, in short. Perfect! Our room very clean, nothing was missing for us to have a very pleasant stay. We enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace. Thank you CATIA for accepting our little "Bichon PHYLOU" who enjoyed the garden, but was respectful of the place. His masters took care. We had a pleasant stay. The location of B&B Cinque Terre da Levanto is perfect, neither too central nor too far. The bikes available are very convenient. In 5 days of vacation, we didn't take the car once! Catia is great, attentive, and advises us! She was perfect.

Very good stay at B&B Cinque Terre da Levanto, we were warmly welcomed and our hosts were helpful and attentive. Very pleasant setting with the small outdoor terrace for breakfast and very convenient (possibility to park your car, train station, beach and restaurants within 5 minutes walk). We stayed there to visit the Cinque Terre and it was ideal! I recommend it.

We really enjoyed this place; very pleasant thanks to its garden, very well located for the train station serving the Cinque Terre and with a fantastic hostess, always attentive to our information requests. We spent a short spa holiday here in August and were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are not the largest, but they are equipped with everything needed. Don't be put off by the self-service breakfast. Every day a plate of fresh bread with croissants awaits you at the door. The owner, Mrs. Catia, is very helpful. It is important to know that the hotel room is not centrally located, but with the bicycles that each guest receives with their own key, the problem is easily solved. Cleanliness is definitely guaranteed, the only downside to mention is the location on the street. During the day, considerable street noise can be expected. Private parking, towels, WiFi, and a small television with only Italian channels are also included.

Very decent B&B in an excellent location, clean, well maintained and delightfully run, with good value for money. Great idea to provide guests with a service to reach the station and the city center in a few minutes. If I have to make one remark, it concerns the noise from the tenants living above who wake up rather early in the morning and you can hear everything. I still highly recommend it and I would definitely return without hesitation.

Everything was perfect, the kindness of the owner exceeds all expectations: she granted us early check-in and late check-out, fresh water in the fridge replenished every day like the breakfast products, and she was available for any information, response time zero. The room Sole is spacious and cool, the patio livable with a table and chairs plus two loungers, and with the small garden create a sheltered corner in the greenery. The free bicycles provided are really useful for reaching every point in Levanto without paying 2 euros an hour for parking and for riding the cycle path that goes beyond Bonassola. The route to Levanto has sections of pedestrian streets and others one-way, pleasant to travel, plus a stretch of state road where many bicycles pass, where you just need to stay right, the cars stay far from the edge of the road and overtake without difficulty. We will definitely return to Catia, we really enjoyed it!

We had a great time, the room and bathroom were welcoming and clean. Just a few steps from the station and very convenient for reaching destinations and getting to the center of Levanto. Catia is very kind and helpful. I would definitely come back. I recommend it.

Great value for money. New, clean, and well-maintained property. Very kind and helpful staff. Located outside the center but easily reachable with the provided bicycles. The train station is only 5 minutes away. Covered and reserved parking included in the price. I will gladly return.

The owner Catia is super helpful and kind, attention and care make the difference. Structure is a 15-minute walk (short walk) from Levanto train station, 2 bicycles are also included/available to move around freely. Exceptional value for money. A great solution to visit the Cinque Terre.

Although not very close to the center of Levanto, the continuous availability of bicycles allowed us to move around easily to reach the train station, the beach, and the ferry boarding. Positive experience and Mrs. Catia was helpful and kind.

Quiet area a 15-minute walk from the center. With the bicycles of the structure in 5 minutes you can also reach the station. Strategic position to visit the fabulous Cinque Terre and rest on return in a clean, well-organized environment, not far from the center in the green. Catia, the owner, is very kind, attentive to every request and very quick in responding! Cute and well-maintained structure. A little far from the center, but with the bikes it's a moment. The provincial road is not very nice to travel at night but with a moment of caution you can do it! The only downside, the rooms are a bit noisy (they are on the street) and since the room's fan was even noisier we had to keep the windows open, so some car noises came in. Breakfast ok (even if all packaged, maybe due to COVID). If you want something Catia will satisfy you! I suggest some biscuits and/or fruit. We still had a very good time. Levanto is perfect for moving towards the 5 lands and the eastern Ligurian Riviera which has equally beautiful and less chaotic towns than the 5 lands! Highly recommended!

Catia is a very kind and helpful host. The room is nice, equipped with a fridge, a plus to consider. The distance from the center, in my opinion, penalizes it a bit, but the free bicycles for use compensate very well. The only downside is the breakfast, which, due to Covid regulations, is self-service with packaged commercial products. However, it is well stocked with many products.

Good structure, walls a bit too "thin"; in fact, the neighbors in the next room could be heard very well. I would suggest adding some fruit and maybe some cookies for breakfast. Overall, still a good experience.

Cozy and clean structure, with internal car parking, located 500 meters from the train station. Free availability of bicycles for getting around, which is not trivial, considering the difficulty of finding parking and the cost of 2 euros per hour. Very satisfied.

Very nice structure, with independent entrance and a small and pleasant garden. The stay was pleasant. The location is a bit inconvenient due to a rather difficult stretch of path to walk on because of disconnected or completely absent sidewalks. Free parking spaces are practically non-existent and there are no public transport services. The only alternative is the bicycle (provided by the structure).

A perfect stay, from the location to the kindness of Catia, the owner. Everything better than expected, there should be more Bed and Breakfasts like this. If it should happen to me, I will know where to go. A 10 with honors.

Mrs. Catia was very kind and attentive to our every request. The B&B Cinque Terre da Levanto is close to the train station, which is the best logistical hub to visit the 5 Terre. We had a great time. Recommended.

Catia very kind and available for any request. Clean and tidy room and excellent bike service. Quiet location and at the same time convenient for those who want to visit the Cinque Terre. Recommended.

Congratulations to Ornella for her kindness and availability. Excellent structure, new and very clean. Perfect stay. The only thing missing is the pool, but I believe it will be added soon. The location is perfect for those who want to stay away from the crowds, immersed in the greenery. The only drawback, if you want to go back to the sea in the evening for dinner, is the 25 minutes of mountain road to reach Levanto or Monterosso. However, there are two or three restaurants near the structure where you can eat with excellent quality-price ratio.

B&B Cinque Terre da Levanto. Professionally managed by a friendly hostess. Always reachable via WhatsApp. The B&B is about 800 meters from the station. Great as a base for the 5 lands. Bicycles available. Breakfast is prepared the day before in the room. (Packaged bread, jams, chocolate, crackers, cookies). Coffee machine and microwave available.
