Description
In the heart of Cagliari on the top floor of an antic apartment building completely restored.

Spacious and well lit spaces, all with high ceilings and exposed timber beams. Bathroom with a bathtub. Air conditioning. Breakfast is served in a internal little terrace.

This is an ideal location for beginning your discovery of this exotic city because you are surrounded by its natural beauty of an ancient castle (the old city) and the nightlife of Cagliari just outside your door.

A 5-minute walk from the railway and bus station and the port of Cagliari.

Transfer from the airport is available (just 15 minutes).

Also nearly is the famous Gulf of Cagliari with 12 Km of beach. This beach is reachable in 15 minutes with the local bus, which departs 50 Mt from your front door.

The B&B is right in the center of Cagliari and it offers everything you need for your stay. The room is spacious, there’s a private bathroom and the air conditioning system. Alessandra is a great host, very kind and always with the right tips to make the most of the city. Would definitely come back here.

Nous avons été très bien accueillies par Mme Pelligrini. Bien que située au centre ville la chambre est très calme et nous avons apprécié la climatisation. La literie est impeccable. La salle de bains est d'une propreté parfaite. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner sur place car nous partions très tôt, bien que Mme Pelligrini nous l'a proposé. Je retiens l'adresse pour un prochain passage à Cagliari. Sur le courrier électronique, il manque le numéro de l'entrée. J'ai demandé au coiffeur de la rue Azuni qui m'a gentiment accompagnée.

Dieses B&B ist eines der schönsten und besten die ich bisher kennengelernt habe. Es liegt direkt in der schönen Altstadt von Cagliari. D. h. alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Beaichtigungsorte sind direkt vor der Tür, oder fußläufig erreichbar. Dennoch ist es sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll, sehr sauber und charmant gestaltet. Ebenso charmant sind die Besitzer. Es war sehr schön bei euch! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen lieben Dank für alles! Ciao!

It is not a B&B but a room for rent, with single use bathroom. Agreed with the manager to waive breakfast with a discount, we found ourselves without common areas and therefore forced to stay in the room, and without a fridge available. Adequate room with air conditioning, on the third floor with high steps, as correctly advised by the manager. Excellent location to visit Cagliari, and very close to many dining places. Fair price for the location and the season, as room price.

Io e la mia amica siamo andate via stamattina, il B&B è situato in una posizione ottima sia per visitare la città e sia per raggiungere i mezzi di trasporto con i quali recarsi alla spiaggia del Poetto. Le camere pulitissime, il bagno anche.. l’unica pecca era dovuta alla non presenza di un mini frigo e della tv. I titolari cordiali e ospitali, ritorneremo sicuramente!

Situato in ottima posizione per chi non conosce cagliari e ha piacere di conoscerla. La struttura è molto accogliente e attuale. Voto basso per le scale che appartengono ad un palazzo antico, e quindi un po' ripide! Massima discrezione e tanta cortesia da parte dei gestori. Ritornerò!
