Michele and Sabrina are outstanding hosts. We were given a very warm welcome and treated like family. The breakfast included the standard European fare plus some homemade baked goods. Coffee and tea were easily made in the provided appliances. The refrigerator contained milk, juices, yogurts, and butter. Fresh fruit was also available. An overall excellent breakfast menu.

Structure located on the hills above Santa Marinella, convenient to reach the town. We stayed only one night in passing, but we had a great time. The house is very nice, with a very spacious garden, the room large and clean.

Ottima struttura, moderna ed accogliente. Camere spaziose e locali ben rifiniti. Gestori cordiali e disponibilissimi. Unica pecca la posizione. Un po' fuori mano. Ma se si cerca tranquillità non si può fare a meno di prenotare. Consigliatissimo.

Michele e consorte sono due persone fantastiche, cordiali che ti fanno sentire come a casa. La location è vin una posizione predominante su Santa Marinella da cui è possibile vedere tutta la costa. Da provare assolutamente. Mirko.

Sono stato in svariati B&B nella vita e questo devo dire che è il migliore di tutti. Posizione tranquilla, ideale per chi cerca la tranquillità, camere e spazi comuni pulitissimi, ampi e molto funzionali (a disposizione anche giochi per bambini), cucina dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici e utensili necessari per colazione ed eventualmente previo accordi per pranzare e cenare. I gestori, Michele e Sabrina sono due persone eccezionali che si mettono a completa disposizione per qualunque problema, quello che ho percepito è che hanno questa attività per pura passione nel garantire la migliore ospitalità! Andateci, vi garantisco che non ve ne pentirete. La colazione è abbondante, presenti anche dolci appena preparati come crostate, torte di mele ecc, sono ingrassato 2 kg nonostante le corse mattutine nella bellissima campagna circostante. Qualità/prezzo imbattibile, il top a Santa Marinella.

Ci siamo trovati a Santa Marinella per una visita al nostro bimbo di quasi 2 anni presso l'ospedale pediatrico Bambin Gesù. Su internet senza pensarci due volte (guardando le foto e le recensioni positive) abbiamo prenotato in questo "splendido B&B "immerso nel verde e molto vicino al mare, bello, accogliente, pulitissimo, tutto perfetto fino a farti sentire a casa, peccato che siamo stati solo per una notte. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. I proprietari sono meravigliosi, ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio e sono stati molto disponibili. Consigliatissimo.

Siamo una famiglia con 2 bambine piccole (3 mesi e 4 anni) e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Posto immerso nel verde, elegante e pulito, con vista panoramica verso il mare. Un arredo moderno, tutto nuovo e di qualità buona. I proprietari sono eccezionali, fanno sentire a proprio agio e sono molto disponibili oltre le normali aspettative: ci hanno dato ottimi consigli (scelta ristoranti, spiaggia e passatempo), considerando anche le esigenze familiari. Provare per credere.

Struttura eccellente gestita da Sabrina e Michele persone estremamente dolci e gentili. La casa molto ben arredata pulita e curata, tanto verde e una bella piscina, in cima a una collina con vista mare. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, peccato poterci fermare solo due notti.

Molto accogliente, peccato che siamo stati solo per una notte pulito e immerso nel verde e molto vicino al mare. Vorremmo tornare per un paio di giorni ad agosto sperando che ci sia disponibilità delle camere.

Gestori ospitali alla mano disponibili per ogni esigenza e gentilissimi. Posto pulito gestito in maniera egregia, cucina e colazione home made spettacolari come la posizione, vicina al mare ma distante dai luoghi troppo turistici e affollati. Da provare e tornarci senza indugi!

La struttura è molto ben collocata ampia e con tutti i confort. La colazione abbondante e di ottima qualità è un mix tra prodotti fatti in casa, frutta e prodotti di pasticceria. La camera, il bagno e l'ampio soggiorno, quest'ultimo in comune sono curati e pulitissimi. Lo consiglio sia a chi viaggia da solo o con famiglia. I proprietari sempre discreti e attenti a ogni dettaglio.

Villetta posizionata sulla collina di Santa Marinella, posizione molto bella, silenzio e molta pace. Stanza e servizi molto spaziosi, accoglienti, arredati con molto gusto, locali di recente costruzione, molto puliti. Salone antistante le stanze molto grande arredato con poltrone, divano con un'ottima cucina dove viene messa a disposizione degli ospiti colazione varia e abbondante. La macchina si può posteggiare all'interno protetta da tettoia, proprietari molto gentili, accoglienti, ambiente molto familiare. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, peccato solo 2 giorni.

Relax prima di tutto. La struttura è immersa nel verde, un panorama fantastico, Sabrina e Michele cordiali e disponibili. La camera spaziosa, una cucina attrezzatissima ma soprattutto una colazione con una vasta scelta, le torte. Consigliato a chi vuole rilassarsi e ricaricarsi.

Per chi vuole rilassarsi veramente ottima location fuori dal caos proprietari veramente squisiti Michele e Sabrina ti fanno sentire a proprio agio sin dall'arrivo, molto semplici ma allo stesso tempo professionali. Cercavamo un posto idoneo per smaltire lo stress accumulato in un anno intenso di lavoro e altri mille impegni. Siamo stati fortunati stavolta e lo abbiamo trovato. Casualmente ma lo abbiamo trovato. Una bellissima location immersa nel verde, tranquilla e vicino a un bellissimo mare. Siamo stati benissimo e coccolati dalla signora Sabrina e dalle sue quotidiane ed eccellenti crostate.
