A hidden gem in the mountains. My recent stay at Ambrosia B&B was nothing short of exceptional. Simona welcomed me with warmth and kindness, making me feel right at home. The property itself is a haven of peace, boasting a safe, clean, and quiet environment that allowed me to unwind and recharge after a long trip. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking mountain views that surrounded us. The scenery was truly spectacular, offering a serene backdrop to our morning breakfasts and evening relaxation. The location is also conveniently situated, with Aosta center being just a short 15-minute drive away, making it easy to explore the local attractions. Speaking of breakfast, it was truly incredible. The spread was generous, with a variety of delicious home made options that catered to all tastes. I had a wonderful stay and the location was fantastic. The directions that Simona gave us were spot on to get us there and we were warmly greeted. Simona was very helpful in arranging a taxi to go into town for dinner, providing us with plenty of information on places to eat and also giving us information on places to look out for during our onward journey. The room was spacious and very clean and I would recommend this place to people wishing to stay in Aosta. I hope to be back.

Very friendly welcome from the owners both on arrival and on departure after breakfast. The breakfast is excellent and very plentiful, made up of cakes, breads, and homemade jams, with a choice of cold cuts, eggs on demand... which we were able to enjoy on the terrace with a view of the Italian Alps. The access to the house is a bit difficult to find, as the house numbers are not very understandable and there are no indications from the road. The width for a 4x4 type car is very tight on the access road. Our room was comfortable, meeting the standards for disabled people. An extra bed allowed us to stay as a party of three, but a bit cramped. A tea and homemade cookies set was waiting for us. It is not possible to have dinner in the village, which is quite isolated and far from Aosta. All in all, despite a somewhat small room for the price requested, we recommend Ambrosia for the welcome, the view, the breakfast.

Staying at Ambrosia means waking up every day to a beautiful mountain view in a peaceful yet extremely convenient location: just a short walk from the center of Aosta and the Pila ski lifts. From the morning, Simona greets guests with her contagious smile and a different homemade cake each day, simply delicious. My girlfriend and I spent a week here and truly felt at home, thanks to the care, cleanliness and attention to every detail. If we were to return to Aosta, Ambrosia would undoubtedly be a safe choice. Simona, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and authenticity: you are a rare presence.

Excellent family-run B&B consisting of two rooms with private bathrooms in the lovely house where the owners live. The rooms have separate access from the main house entrance: ours was smaller and the other larger, both easily accessible (to reach the rooms there is a ramp, not stairs). Breakfast is served on the beautiful garden patio, plentiful, with cakes and homemade items that vary daily. Simona was extremely kind in meeting our needs and gave us great advice for our outings. Daily room cleaning. About 15 minutes from Aosta, we drove a lot around the region, excellent location. Parking inside the private garden. Recommended!

10 out of 10 for the Bed & Breakfast Ambrosia. Kindness, competence, and courtesy of the owners Simona and Paolo. Marvelous location, breakfast with homemade products at kilometer zero - delicious. Many places to visit suggested by the fantastic and very friendly Simona (half of her culture would be enough for me). Our little dog Fanny has never been so well, free to roam in the fantastic completely fenced garden, to the point of not wanting to go back home. Their dog Tabata will always be in my heart, the sweetest eyes in the world. Highly recommended to everyone. A place of peace and tranquility that soothes the soul.

Structure as shown in the photos, the hostess is very friendly and amiable. She was of great help in recommending places where we could have dinner or lunch and in giving us directions to easily reach the structure. The check-in was more flexible and the host was really courteous in accommodating us with the check-in times.

The B&B Ambrosia turned out to be a very happy choice for my holiday in Val d'Aosta. The room, independent and very clean, allowed me to organize my day with the utmost freedom, giving me a comfortable and restful stay. The property is located 15 minutes from the center of Aosta and is an excellent base to easily reach all the beautiful places of the Region. Furthermore, the location offers wonderful views and a delightful coolness, ideal for escaping the heat of the valley floor. Simona is an extraordinary and caring host, always available to suggest tips and ideas to enrich the stay experience, to satisfy guests' curiosities and passions, and to deepen the knowledge of a very rich territory. The breakfast, varied, rich, delicious, very fresh, turns into a real celebration, an opportunity to start the day with a smile. I will definitely be back.

Very suggestive location and very beautiful and well-kept environment. Simona is nice and extremely helpful. The only noticeable flaw is the location, not very convenient to reach; despite this, you have no reason not to choose this B&B. Breakfast should be rated 11, everything was delicious and plentiful. Mrs. Simona is extremely helpful and kind, always ready to meet every morning need and always generous with excellent advice on places to visit and places to have a hearty meal. Upon returning from intense days up and down the region, there was never a lack of a sweet treat and tea in the room, what more can I say, highly recommended place!

My boyfriend and I stayed a couple of days at this B&B located at 1000 meters above sea level, which allows you to admire, during breakfast in a beautiful room full of windows, a breathtaking landscape. Very friendly and helpful owner in every way. We really had a pleasant weekend.

Simona's knowledge is a mystical experience. Her intelligence, preparation, welcoming capacity are invaluable. The location of the structure, the only house built in bio-construction in the entire Valle d'Aosta, is breathtaking, surrounded by three mountains of four thousand meters. Very high food preparation that satisfies all needs, I am celiac and I hadn't explicitly stated it: I could have breakfast in an unparalleled way. The place is located halfway up, about ten minutes by car from the center of Aosta. It is a beautiful villa, very welcoming and family-run, just like the owner who manages it. The rooms are elegant, the bathroom comfortable and clean. The breakfast is rich with homemade dishes. The journey to and from Aosta is really nothing compared to the extraordinary panorama of the mountains and the valley floor, and with all that has already been said. Excellent value for money.

Feeling at home. This is the sensation you have from Simona, Paolo, and Shasa. It was the first time we tried a bed and breakfast in a "private home". After overcoming the initial embarrassment that Simona immediately eliminated with her courtesy and cheerfulness, we felt great. The room is very beautiful and carefully decorated, it has an independent entrance, so you are free to return at any time. The cleanliness is impeccable and the bathroom is very comfortable. What can I say about the huge breakfast we found on the table in the morning? Homemade products: from jams, to bread, to butter, to sweets, everything was magnificent. Absolutely recommended.

Set in a splendid mountain setting, but at the same time just a few kilometers from the city of Aosta and the main activities of the valley. We were warmly welcomed, we received advice on the best wines of the area since it was of our interest and the next day we had a plentiful and healthy breakfast.

We spent two nights in this wonderful B&B immersed in the lush green surroundings. Reading Aosta can be misleading. From the capital, heading up towards Arpuilles, the scenery changes completely and in just a few minutes we find ourselves in a paradise of meadows, small houses, and the mountains (including those over 4000 meters still covered in snow) that seem to be within reach! The management of the B&B is excellent, with Paola doing everything with dedicated passion. We were welcomed with great pleasure, we chatted with her husband as well, and everything was accompanied by a refreshing coffee and a delicious cake. The breakfasts were very rich and abundant, with all the products prepared at home, truly excellent. The room and the bathroom are very welcoming and very well maintained. What can I say, congratulations indeed, and of course if we happen to pass by again, we will not forget you!

Very beautiful structure, from which one enjoys an excellent panorama. The rooms are well cleaned and furnished. The friendliness is top-notch, not to mention the lovely breakfasts prepared with their own hands (and what hands) by Simona!
