It has four rooms with private bathroom and every comfort all furnished with taste and simplicity. Around home a nice garden to relax between the scents of citrus.

The "hall" is the area where guests can sit comfortably and read, or even plan itineraries and excursions.

You may cancel your booking up to 90 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

In the whole structure there is free WIFI connection, rooms are equipped with Air conditioned. For the respect of all, smoking is not allowed in the room, outside the Serendipity a courtyard equipped with tables and chairs will make you taste the cigarette relaxing.

La struttura era ben posizionata, pulita e ben tenuta. Il vero punto di forza è Silvia la gestrice del locale: disponibile, cordiale, gentile, ottima guida turistica per visitare la zona veramente la colonna portante della struttura. La consiglio sopratutto per la posizione: comoda e funzionale sopratutto per chi vuole dimenticarsi l'auto e di godere di belle passeggiate.

Ho soggiornato un week end in questa meravigliosa struttura, fresca, accogliente ed in una posizione strategica per visitare il territorio. 5 minuti a piedi per arrivare a Praia a Mare, 10 minuti d auto da Maratea, San Nicola Arcella e le splendide colline che sovrastano sul mare. Silvia è una persona squisita, attenta ad ogni elemento per il nostro benessere e preparata nel promuovere le attrazioni naturalistiche e culturali. Lo consiglio vivamente e spero di ritornarci presto.

Ho alloggiato un week-end in questo magnifico B&B gestito da Silvia. Sono arrivato in treno e lei è venuta a prendermi alla stazione, riaccompagnandomi anche al momento della partenza, il che la dice lunga sull'attenzione e la premura riservate agli ospiti. La struttura è molto accogliente: è posizionata sulla strada principale ma nel contempo il cortile che la circonda, coronato da uno splendido e rinfrescante pergolato, ne fa un luogo intimo e appartato dai clamori cittadini. Il lungomare è vicino, ci si arriva in pochi minuti. Le camere sono pulite e ariose. Gentilezza, competenza, disponibilità, cordialità, Silvia incarna alla perfezione lo spirito di accoglienza e ti fa sentire davvero come a casa; buonissimi i suoi dolci, preziosi i suoi consigli e piacevolissime le chiacchierate sulla storia e le bellezze del luogo. Ci tornerei oggi stesso.

La struttura è molto carina e accogliente. Un bel pergolato davanti all'ingresso e, intorno alla casa, un ampio parcheggio riparato e ombreggiato Ho trovato la mia automobile fresca nonostante la giornata soleggiata e piuttosto calda (fine maggio) ! La mia camera era spaziosa e molto pulita. Il bagno? Più che pulito, lindo (si vede che si usa olio di gomito) ! Lenzuola ed asciugamani? Colorati da mettere allegria solo a guardarli, freschi di bucato, al sapore di sole e di vento (si vede che anche il sole della Calabria fa la sua bella parte). E poi, che dire dell'accoglienza? Silvia è una deliziosa padrona di casa bene informata sulle bellezze del luogo. Grazie a lei ho scoperto il museo di Tortora che in realtà si chiama museo di Blanda, il nome che le avevano dato i romani, che ha degli interessanti reperti, ma anche tante cose da vedere per il solo piacere degli occhi. Si deve andare in paese, su in collina, e fare qualche chilometro. Ne vale la pena, il panorama è spettacolare: strapiombi, montagne verdi, vista sul mare. Sono tanti i posti belli nelle vicinanze del B&B che Silvia mi ha suggerito, anche se una sola passeggiata sulla bella spiaggia di Tortora, a pochi minuti a piedi dall'Isola di Dino, può già funzionare da ottimo rigenerante (per me ha funzionato eccome!). Mi sono sentita coccolata e accolta da Silvia. Ci voglio tornare!

Posto molto tranquillo, stanze molto pulite e accoglienti, tutto molto ordinato, rapporto qualità /prezzo eccellente. Io per lavoro dormo spesso nei B&B tra Sicilia e Calabria, ma questo B&b ve lo garantisco grazie anche alla gentilezza e alla competenza della signora Silvia. Sicuramente a breve ritornerò in questo posto ma stavolta con la famiglia per vacanza per godere di questo stupendo angolo della Calabria. Indovinate dove andrò a soggiornare? Chiaramente al Serendipity.

Sono appena rientrata da una mini-vacanza con mio marito e mio figlio di 11mesi ed il nostro giudizio è estremamente positivo! Il B&B è situato in una posizione strategica perché in pochi minuti di passeggiata si può arrivare sia al mare che al centro di Praja. Con l'auto bastano una manciata di minuti per Maratea e Castrocucco. Il trattamento è stato eccellente la signora Silvia, proprietaria del B&b, si vede fin da subito che lo gestisce con passione e non ha trascurato nessuno degli ospiti. Ogni dettaglio è curato e tutto sempre molto pulito! Mi ha messo a disposizione un angolo per preparare pappe e latte al bambino e la sua costante presenza, assolutamente mai invadente, ci ha permesso di goderci a pieno la vacanza!!!!!!!!! Sicuramente vacanza da ripetere.

B&B "Serendipity" is situated in the centre of a nice town, Tortora Marina, the first urban nucleos of the tirrenic coast in the wonderful "Riviera dei Cedri" in Calabria. It offers you the maximum comfort and a high professionality, that, mixed to a particular care, will make you feel like home.
