The property is located just a few minutes from the center of Cesena and from all nearby areas, so everything is easily reachable within minutes. It has the advantage of being in an estate: there is peace, quiet and coolness; there is also parking, which is not to be underestimated at all. We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, equipped with everything necessary, with an en-suite bathroom and a very spacious shower. The host (Mr. Carlo) is spectacular: very kind, extremely friendly, very welcoming and helpful. We will definitely come back.

The hosts are super friendly and the location is quiet in the greenery despite being close to the city. Highly recommended also in relation to the very honest price.

The structure needs to be addressed in terms of building maintenance, even though the room used is of average quality. Breakfast of very low quality. The location of the structure is excellent. The manager of the structure was only present at the moment of coffee preparation due to the poor quality of the breakfast.

We stayed for four nights. We felt very good, the bed and breakfast is very welcoming, immersed in the tranquility of the countryside, but still close to the town and easily reachable. The room was super clean and comfortable. We will definitely return.

Carlo was a great host. The structure is a family home that tells the story of the people who live there, very welcoming and quiet. The rooms are spacious, surprisingly cool despite the hot period in which we stayed (August 2023). Just outside the center of Cesena, in a strategic position to travel along the Via Emilia and also to reach the coast.

Lovely place, immersed in greenery! Strategic location to visit Cesena and the towns of the Riviera. Hospitable and welcoming hosts, attentive to the care of this wonderful corner of nature. Silence, intimacy, and privacy. Large and cozy room, spacious bathroom. Well-maintained structure, perfect cleanliness. I would definitely recommend it.

Good morning everyone. I must say it is the first time I have turned to a Bed and Breakfast to spend a few days of relaxation. I found this place on the internet and a bit hesitant, I decided to call, especially considering the period around Ferragosto to spend a few days by the sea. Surely, 18 km from Cesenatico are not the best and 20-25 by car, but this Bed and Breakfast immersed in greenery surrounded by trees in the evening when you return makes the temperature so pleasant that you gladly return to spend the evening and night in the coolness, the silence is truly amazing after a quite hot and chaotic day at the sea. The room is really beautiful, excellent cleanliness, good breakfast, and Carlo, certainly a good Romagnolo, a delightful person, makes you feel at home. As soon as I can, I will definitely come back and stay longer because it's really worth it.
