Room with a bathroom in a house with a lot of potential, but unfortunately it seemed to have been uninhabited for a long time. There was a strong smell of mustiness and damp. Windows and furniture were poorly maintained. The cleanliness of the room was questionable (dust and hair in the corners). The cleanliness of the kitchen, where we had breakfast with what we brought ourselves, also left much to be desired. I do not understand why it is called B&B if the second B is missing.

We returned a few hours ago from Piancasale and already miss it. It is a wonderful place for those who want to immerse themselves in nature and relax. The hosts are helpful, welcoming and very generous. It is an ideal base for visiting villages, some of the most beautiful in Italy, and for wine tours (Pitigliano, city of wine). The manager was very helpful. Gluten and dairy free breakfast available, eggs and delicious fruit (melon and cherries from the garden) are available. The apartment, with a kitchen, is quite large and has everything you need. I also loved the tranquility.

A fantastic farmhouse in an uncontaminated natural environment, the lovely Mrs. Patrizia welcomed us with great care and spent time talking to us as if we had always known each other. Thanks to a truly spring-like and sunny weather, we spent two really peaceful days. Our rating is definitely a ten. We will return as soon as possible.

I stayed 4 days in July, what can I say: "awesome". I had a great time, I stayed in a small essential and spartan apartment, with a fireplace. I found impeccable cleanliness, immersed in greenery, with a pool, excellent and exquisite breakfast products: always excellent cakes, cold cuts, and cheeses. Furthermore, Bruno and his family immediately make you feel at ease, very kind and helpful. I really think I will come back to visit them.

Excellent location, good value for money. Excellent facility and the possibility of a pool in the large park. Great if you have dogs of any size with you. They are tolerated easily and have space to run and play. The location is definitely strategic and allows you to visit the tuff cities, Etruscan necropolises, the suggestive 'vie cave,' and with just half an hour by car, the baths at Saturnia! Sovana, Sorano, and Pitigliano are delightful villages worth seeing. The only flaw, for my back, was the uncomfortable bed. But it was worth it.

I stayed in a spacious two-room apartment, a bit basic but comfortable and equipped with everything necessary. For breakfast, the apartments are self-contained and we prepared it ourselves. However, there was milk, coffee, biscuits, and various jams. Additionally, the kind lady offered us a bottle of their wine.

Site in a convenient location close to historical and naturalistic sites, excellent for the tranquility of the countryside. The stay was pleasant; I stayed in one of the two mini apartments where I found essential yet comfortable furnishings. Great solution for those looking for a certain logistical independence that allows you to be guests but with the freedom to choose how to organize your stay. The environments were clean and practical. There is also the opportunity to enjoy a beautiful garden equipped with a pool area.

The structure is beautiful, immersed in greenery, quiet. The housing units are spaced apart and privacy is ensured. The presence of sunbeds, benches, children's games, and even a hammock (!) make it suitable for a very relaxing stay. Not to mention that the presence of a beautiful pool allows you to cool off on hot days. Pian Casale is in a strategic position, between Sovana, Sorano, Pitigliano, Vitozza, and San Rocco, places rich in charm and history. Furthermore, a short distance away are the Sorano thermal baths, very pleasant and not too crowded. The managers are very kind, always smiling and ready to meet customers' needs. Excellent value for money.

Very cozy environment, surrounded by greenery and well-maintained. We found our apartment perfect, already well heated upon our arrival (it was very cold). The owners were very kind, they waited for us even though we arrived very late and were ready to accommodate our every request.\n\nThe location is perfect for visiting the wonderful towns of Pitigliano, Sorano, and Sovana, and the thermal baths of Saturnia.\n\nWe will return in summer to use the splendid pool. Highly recommended!
