La camera è piccola, abbastanza luminosa e silenziosa, il bagno privato ne alza la valutazione (funzionale, senza bidè, con una parete un po’ ammuffita). La struttura non è recente, porte ed infissi sono ormai usurati, tuttavia il materasso è comodo e ci sono anche un mini frigo ed una tv nella stanza. Assolutamente da eliminare la testiera del letto in stoffa, bene il rivestimento in legno del muro in corrispondenza del letto. Non è presente l’aria condizionata, c’è una ventilatore da soffitto e le zanzariere a volte non svolgono il loro compito. L’alloggio si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla linea T2, e circa a 15 min di viaggio dalla stazione di Firenze Santa Maria Novella. Manca l’ascensore, non si effettua il servizio di colazione, tuttavia al piano terra dell’edificio si trova un’ottima pasticceria. La padrona di casa è gentile e disponibile.

Mi sono trovato bene, la signora Beatrice è molto disponibile e gentile, l'alloggio pulito ed essenziale. Il posto è vicino alla tramvia ed è semplice raggiungere il centro. L'unica cosa è il caldo. Occorrerebbe l'aria condizionata.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, in una camera accogliente e con i sufficienti comfort. La posizione della struttura è vicina al centro della città (35 minuti a piedi se avete voglia di passeggiare, 10 minuti col bus altrimenti). La proprietaria è stata molto accogliente e disponibile. Una bella esperienza da ripetere assolutamente!
